Recently, My Hero Academia fans got the release of the Ultra Age Fanbook, and with it, Horikoshi revealed some very juicy bits of information about many characters after the conclusion of the main manga.

Naturally, fans also got a good look at how strong different characters had gotten a free becoming Pro Heroes. In doing so, Horikoshi also went on to reveal the next All Might, in a way, and fans are certainly pleased with the choice.

Bakugo Is Potentially Even Stronger Than Mirio
Although Mirio is the Number One Hero, it is Bakugo who is currently the strongest Hero. After seeing his capabilities in the Final War, it shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone to see Bakugo be considered in the same conversations as All Might. The data book outright confirms Bakugo to be potentially even stronger than Mirio, and fans also know that the only reason he isn't the Number 1 Hero is because he is too hot-headed. Here's what the Ultra Age Fanbook said about Bakugo:
A boy who aspires to be the number one hero. He has a rough and aggressive personality but a genius talent for fighting. He feels a strong rivalry with his childhood friend Izuku due to his rapid growth, but gradually begins to acknowledge his abilities. After his graduation, he becomes a sidekick under Jeanist, and then goes independent. His abilities are said to be equal to or even greater than those of Lemillion, but he can't get rid of his rough behavior and is struggling to rise in the rankings. Bakugo Is Closest To All Might In Power
As far as power goes, Bakugo is the closest to All Might right now. He's the strongest Hero and the next All Might, as things stand. This doesn't necessarily mean Izuku can't get there. Fans just don't know exactly how strong his armor is and what it truly offers in combat.
Where To Read And Watch My Hero Academia
The My Hero Academia manga was wrapped up by the mangaka, Horikoshi, in 2024. The story features 430 chapters for fans to read. All these chapters can be found on Manga Plus, as the story used to be serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump when it was still ongoing.
When it comes to the anime, this series is still awaiting its final season, which will be released later this year. The series can be watched on Crunchyroll.
