Of course, it is incredibly difficult to do justice to every single character that exists in the story, but, it would be disingenuous to say that every character in My Hero Academia received a bad ending. There are certainly those who got exactly what their characters needed, and rare as they might be, they certainly deserve to be talked about.

8 Aizawa

Remained A Teacher At UA

Shota Aizawa is one character that fans know got a perfect ending. Of course, the ending for his character wasn't flashy at all. However, when something isn't broken, there is absolutely no need to fix it. Aizawa started his journey as a teacher, and he stayed as a teacher throughout the entirety of the journey in My Hero Academia.

He was seen working at the UA with Deku in the very last chapter of the series, which just goes to show that thanks hardly changed for him.

7 Ochaco Uraraka

Set Up Quirk Counselling Expansion Project

Ochaco is one of the main characters of My Hero Academia, and the main heroine of the story as well. The vast majority of her story seemed to revolve around her feelings for Deku, and wanting to be a hero who saves Heroes in need. This is a plot line that fans wished was fulfilled better in My Hero Academia, but, at the same time, it wasn't completely abandoned.

At the end of things, she started Quirk counseling for people, helping them whenever they needed. This is something that fans feel was deserving of her character, and while it could have been better, it was, at the very least, not bad.

6 Deku

Stayed Quirkless For 8 Years And Then Got An Upgrade

The protagonist of the series, Deku received an ending that many fans find divisive. While it wasn't the worst ending that he could have gotten, it was certainly not the best either. Deku lost his quirk at the end of My Hero Academia, and all he could do was serve as a teacher at UA for 8 years.

However, after that, he did end up receiving an armor from All Might, which was funded by Bakugo and the other students. Deku got to be a Hero once again but, the One For All plotline was completely abandoned and the fate that Deku suffered does bring his story down quite a bit.

5 Eri

Went To Fulfill Her Dreams

Eri is a character that every fan will agree deserves the proper ending in My Hero Academia and she certainly did. After all she went through in life, and the help that she willingly gave to Deku at the end, Eri deserved a proper life. She did not want to be a flashy Hero, or to be on the front lines.

In My Hero Academia chapter 430, Eri is shown carrying musical instruments because of her interest in this art. She's practicing what she loves, and that's certainly a fitting end.

4 Mirio Togata

Became The Number One Hero

Mirio Togata, also known as Lemillion, always wanted to save as many people as possible with a bright smile on his face. With all the hardships that he faced in life, it was absolutely essential for him to become a proper Hero, especially after Sir Nighteye saw a bright future for him.

This was one plotline that the author had to deliver upon, and while the ending wasn't perfect for him, at the very least, fans found out that he became the Top Hero in the country after the timeskip.

3 All Might

Managed To Stay Alive And Change His Fate

Yagi Toshinori, also known as All Might, got a proper end in My Hero Academia as well. Thankfully, he did not die, and that in itself is a big relief for the fans. After his role after the final war, All Might seems to have retired from teaching as well and is living life in peace.

Given that he was one of the richest people out there, he had no trouble navigating life after, and it is implied that he met up with Deku occasionally, giving him gifts from time to time.

2 Bakugo Katsuki

Became A Rising Hero Who Rose Quickly To The Top

One of the most important characters in My Hero Academia, Bakugo, also has a very good ending for his character. Bakugo’s story came full circle in My Hero Academia, and it was one marked with great change. He understood what it truly means to be a hero and felt absolutely horrible for his terrible behavior towards Deku just because he felt inferior to him.

Bakugo changed as a person significantly, and at the same time, he pursued his goal of becoming a proper Hero. After the timeskip, has solidified himself as a great hero, and at the same time, has sworn to help Deku whenever possible. In fact, it was he who funded Deku's armor for the most part.

1 Shoto

Left Endeavor's Shadow For Good

Shoto is another character who received a proper end to his storyline. Shoto's story was intertwined with Endeavor’s, and it is safe to say that the author dealt with this storyline in the most effective way possible. Shoto ended up becoming a great Hero, who was known to be one of the strongest and, at the same time, one of the kindest and the most diligent.

He and Bakugo have been competing among the top Heroes, and at the same time, Shoto has moved out of Endeavor's shadow completely over the timeskip.
