The last chapter of My Hero Academia focused solely on Spinner and his conversation with Deku. Deku finally kept his promise to Shigaraki and delivered the message that he was entrusted with to Spinner. Of course, Spinner went through all kinds of emotions after hearing this message and it was certainly endearing for the fans to see. In the end, Spinner couldn't do anything but mourn, and, at the same time, he also knew what to expect of the world that is to come next. This is where My Hero Academia chapter 428 comes in. A new generation Of Heroes is rising now in UA, and fans are most definitely going to see more of that in MHA chapter 428. Toward the end of the previous chapter, fans got to see Bakugo, Shoto, and all the others meet with the new students at UA. So far, fans have not properly been introduced to any of them in the story, but that is likely to change in the upcoming chapter.
Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto Todoroki going to the first years means that the author will most likely i ntroduce some new students and they are going to be intriguing, to say the least. New additions to the story are always exciting, and it gives the author a reason to expand his world even further. For now, Deku has been staying away from his hero responsibilities, but he might not be able to do that for long. Before the story wraps up, fans would love to see Deku don his hero outfit once again and head out to apprehend villains and maintain peace. After all, that is what All Might used to do when he was seen at the beginning of the story as the Symbol of Peace. Before My Hero Academia wraps up, fans would hope that they get a sight of Deku doing all these things, and hopefully, My Hero Academia chapter 428 is going to deliver upon that end. Fans would also love to see other students do this as well. Bakugo and Todoroki are two of the strongest, and hopefully, they will join in in some way or form.
The epilogue of My Hero Academia has generally been great, but it has had a dearth of female characters. As such, fans can only hope that the next few chapters of My Hero Academia throw some more light on the female characters, such as Ochaco, Momo, Jiro, Ashido, and Eri, among others, and hopefully, fans will get to see more of that in the upcoming My Hero Academia chapter 428.

Another aspect of the story that fans would love to be expanded upon in the upcoming My Hero Academia chapter 428 is the hero ranks. Right now, fans do not know how the hero ranks have changed over time. What fans know is that Endeavor has officially retired as a hero, and at the same time, Hawks has a completely different position now. This means that the former number one and number two are no longer around, while other Heroes, such as Edgeshot, and even Best Jeanist might not be strong enough to hold their previous ranks anymore either. Currently, the hero ranks have changed drastically, and fans do not know what has become of them. So far, fans have heard absolutely nothing about the current hero ranks, or who tops the leaderboards and maintains their position as the Number One.
