Capcom announced Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak will be present at the Capcom Showcase on June 13. During the showcase, Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak producer Ryozo Tsujimoto will provide new details and reveals for the upcoming expansion. These details likely pertain to quests, monsters, gear, and other elements found throughout Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak. In the past, Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Digital Events brought plenty of news and updates as development of the title progressed at Capcom.

The Capcom Showcase will be roughly 35 minutes long with news and updates about previously announced games from the company. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is one of the first titles to be confirmed for the digital event. Following the reveals at State of Play, Street Fighter 6 and Resident Evil 4 remake are likely to appear during Capcom Showcase. In addition, speculation points toward the potential reveal of Dragon's Dogma 2 to celebrate the tenth anniversary, but the title has not been confirmed by Capcom.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak aims to provide an extensive and engaging experience set after the events of the base game. With new gear and monsters to chase, the expansion should cater to returning players and newcomers who finished Monster Hunter Rise. Capcom will support Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak with updates to further enhance the game and expansion's contents.

Capcom is on a major streak as game announcements like Street Fighter 6 and Resident Evil 4 remake raise expectations across the gaming community. Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak should be another positive release from Capcom as the company prepares for those huge releases in 2023. Until then, the Capcom Showcase looks to deliver important news about the impending lineup of Capcom releases.
