This prehistoric treasure hunt event introduces tycoons to a fresh set of milestones that offer lots of lucrative rewards upon completion. What Happens to Leftover Hammer Tokens Once Dino Treasures Event Ends
Dino Treasures is a limited-time event that will be live from August 8 to August 12 in Monopoly GO. After the event ends, any leftover Pickaxe tokens won’t carry over to future Treasure Events. Instead, they will be exchanged for dice at a rate of 3:1. So, for every Pickaxe you have left, you'll get three dice when the event is over.
For instance, if you have 20 unused Pickaxe (or Hammer) tokens, they will be turned into 60 free dice rolls. So, there's no need to worry about losing your tokens; even your leftover tokens will still be valuable.
Dice are a big part of Monopoly GO that help you move across the board. Any extra dice rolls you get from converting your tokens during the Dino Treasures event can be used later to progress in the game and participate in upcoming events and tournaments.
How to Get More Pickaxe Tokens in Monopoly GO
The Dino Treasures event in Monopoly GO offers many exciting rewards, and to dig for treasures, you’ll need Pickaxe tokens. Luckily for players, there are many ways to acquire these hammer-like tokens during this event. The simplest way to earn Pickaxe tokens is by completing your Quick Wins. These daily tasks give you a small number of tokens, along with cash and dice. You can find these tasks in the Wins section of the game.
The best way to get extra tokens is by joining active events and tournaments. Right now, the Roaring Discoveries solo event and the Floral Face-Off tournament are live in the game. Players can complete milestones in these events to earn a decent amount of Pickaxe tokens. Once you’ve collected some tokens, you can use them to break tiles in Dino Treasures
