There are three Klues in the Rampart Mesa during Season 6 of Invasions Mode, two of which can be accessed as part of the player's first visit to the area. THROW $3000 will probably be the first one that most Mortal Kombat 1 players arrive at, though, as it's tied to the No Peace node in the opening section of the Mesa.
Mortal Kombat 1: How to Solve Every Klue in Season 6 of Invasions Mode
Solving all of the Klues in Season 6 of Invasions Mode can be a little tricky, particularly for players who aren't too familiar with MK1 move names.
This is arguably one of the more cryptic Klues in Season 6 of Invasions, although the mention of money should help to point players in the direction of one particular Mortal Kombat 1 Kombatant. From there, it's just a case of figuring out which of Johnny Cage's moves they'll need to use to complete the Klue.
How to Solve the THROW $3000 Klue in Mortal Kombat 1
In order to complete the THROW $3000 Klue, players will need to spam Johnny Cage's Throwing Shade attack, which can be performed by pressing Forward, Down, Back, Back Punch (Triangle on PlayStation, Y on Xbox, or X on Switch) while standing at close or medium range. It's important to note, though, that this attack will only work if players have a pair of shades equipped. If they don't, they'll need to head to the Kustomize menu and select a pair before they can progress. As with most of the other Season 6 Klues that require players to spam one single attack, they'll need to land Throwing Shade a total of five times to satisfy the Klue's unlock requirements, although as blocked attacks won't count toward this total, it's a good idea to throw out a few extra attacks just to be on the safe side.
THROW $3000 Klue Rewards
Solving the THROW $3000 Klue will reward players with Reptile's Apex Predator Skin, a can of Blood Klassic, and 250 Seasonal Kredits. As those who've been playing the game since launch should already know by now, the latter can be used to purchase Season of Reptile-themed cosmetics from the Seasonal Store, while the Reptile Skin can be equipped in the Kustomize menu, which is accessed via the game's title screen. As for the Blood Klassic, this Uncommon Konsumable will allow players to use Kameo attacks without draining the Kameo meter, though only during the encounter immediately after the Konsumable has been used.
