Solving the ATOMIC Klue should be relatively straightforward for most Mortal Kombat 1 players, are there just happens to be a Fatality with the word Atomic in its name. For those having trouble, though, this guide features instructions on how to solve the Klue as well as information about the rewards for doing so.

How to Solve the ATOMIC Klue in Mortal Kombat 1

To solve the ATOMIC Klue in Season 3 of Invasions Mode, players will need to perform Havik's first Fatality. This can be done by pressing Down, Forward, Down, Back Kick (Circle on PlayStation, B on Xbox, or A on Switch) while standing at close range. If done correctly, Havik will carry out his Atomic Heart Fatality, and the encounter will end as usual. Once players are returned to the map screen, though, they'll notice that the debris that had once been blocking their path forward has now disappeared, allowing them to reach the nearby chest and claim the items inside as their reward.

ATOMIC Klue Rewards

Upon completing the Atomic Klue and opening up the nearby chest, players will receive General Shao's Blizzard Commander skin, the Airhead Rare relic, Shang Tsung's Wizzard of Chill palette, and 250 Seasonal Kredits. The relic can be used in Invasions Mode while the cosmetic items will need to be equipped in the Kustomize menu, which can be accessed via the main menu. As for the Seasonal Kredits, players will be able to use these to purchase time-limited palettes and gear, though should be sure to do so before the Seasonal Kredits expire in mid-February.

Due to a glitch that occurred immediately after Season 3 of Invasions Mode went live, some players may not receive General Shao's Blizzard Commander skin or Shang Tsung's Wizard of Chill palette upon opening the chest. If this is the case, they should find that both items are already unlocked and available for use in the Kustomize menu.
