To perform Ghostface's Slashing the Fourth Wall Fatality, players will need to press Down, Forward, Down, Front Kick (X on PlayStation, A on Xbox, or B on Switch) while standing at close range. If done correctly, Ghostface will stab the other combatant, after which, the camera smashes through the fourth wall to reveal Johnny Cage playing Mortal Kombat on the couch. Players can perform Ghostface's second Fatality by pressing Back, Forward, Back, Back Punch (Triangle on PlayStation, Y on Xbox, or X on Switch) while standing at close range. Doing so will cause Ghostface to partially disembowel the other combatant. As they stumble away, another Ghostface killer appears behind them and stabs them in the head. Series fans will know that this is very much in keeping with the iconic horror franchise, as Scream movies often have more than one killer.

To perform Ghostface's Critically Endangered Animality, players will need to press Back, Forward, Down, Back Kick (Circle on PlayStation, B on Xbox, or A on Switch) while standing at medium range. This will cause Ghostface to transform into a vulture and then peck out a huge cavity in the other kombatant's chest. Once the hole is deep enough, the vulture tears off their head and part of their spinal column, after which, the fight comes to an end.
