Yakuza is a spider-like boss in Metroid Fusion that players will battle in the Reactor Silo. Upon defeating this boss, fans will obtain the Space Jump ability, which can be used to perform consecutive spin jumps and access new areas. For those players that may be confused about which areas they should be targeting after beating the spider boss in Metroid Fusion, this walkthrough is here to provide some direction.

Once Yakuza has been defeated, players should use their newly-obtained Space Jump ability to reach the boss room's top-left corner. Indeed, there is a path in this position, which Metroid fans can use to reach the Auxiliary Power Station. Players should stand on the device within this room to restore the station's auxiliary power and then head into the Navigation Room to the left.

Here, fans are instructed to find the source of the roots that are "choking the Reactor Core components," and they should continue moving left until they reach the Central Reactor Core. Notably, there is a Save Station attached to the bottom-right corner of this room, and players are advised to visit it. It is also recommended that fans spend some time farming the enemies near the Save Station door in order to have full Energy going into the game's next section.

Once a save has been made and Energy has been refilled, players should Space Jump near the Central Reactor Core's left wall. Eventually, fans of 2D Metroid games will see a Morph Ball-sized tunnel carved into this wall, and they should shoot the vines that block it with Samus's Beam and pass through. Players should then use a Power Bomb on the next screen to quickly clear the tunnel and enter Sector 2 (TRO).

Upon dropping into Sector 2, fans will initiate a chase sequence with Metroid Fusion's SA-X. To get through this section, players are advised to freeze the SA-X with Ice Missiles when it approaches Samus and use a Power Bomb on the second screen to destroy the walls without delay. Fans must then simply shoot the buttons to open the gates on the third screen, and hide behind the wall on the fourth screen until the SA-X loses interest.

With the chase ended, players should return to the room with the multiple buttons and gates and use a Missile and Power Bomb to open a hole in the ground. Fans should then drop into this hole and exit the screen to the left.

In the next room, players will see a door directly in front of them, and it can be accessed by using a Power Bomb to open a hole above. Fans should then simply pass through a small hallway to reach a metallic room, where they should use Space Jump to climb to the top-left corner and access a door in the top-right corner. Notably, players will see empty spaces to their right as they draw near to the top of the room, and they can use Samus Aran's Beam to create holes in the walls and reach a Power Bomb Tank that is held within those spaces.

Players will now find themselves in a Save Station, which they should utilize before continuing one screen to the right. Fans of Metroidvanias should then advance one more screen to the right and shoot the ceiling near the entrance to reveal a path upward. This path will ultimately lead players to a door blocked by a Gadora, and Nettori, a boss that awards the Plasma Beam, is beyond it.

Metroid Fusion is available on Game Boy Advance and Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack.
