Thankfully, there are only a few mushroom varieties in Metal Gear Solid Delta, but some of them can only be found in very specific locations.

To collect a mushroom, you can shoot it with a gun or kick it with the basic CQC combo. Most of these mushrooms can be found throughout the entire game, but there are a few that only appear in very specific zones. Make sure you pick them up before moving on; otherwise, you'll have to reload a save or start a new playthrough to add them to your Food Collection.

As long as you make sure to collect the Ural Luminescent mushroom from Svyatogornyj, you shouldn't have any other problems completing your mushroom collection in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. Make sure to call Para-Medic after you eat each of them for some humorous codec calls that teach you more about their effects.
