Adventurers who are looking to advance in Medieval Dynasty will need clay sooner rather than later. Basic pieces like clay pots require some clay. Unless players get lucky and find some in a stash or purchase some from a vendor who has a few pieces in stock, this means finding it in the wild.
Money is tough to come by in Medieval Dynasty, so this is the best option anyhow. Some players don't know where the clay is, others are trying to figure out how to harvest it, this guide aims to assist both of those situations. Grab lots, any excess can always be sold for cash.
Clay Locations On The Map
There are clay deposits all over the world. Players will probably find most of them accidentally as they go from village to village. While there are only five cave locations in the game (and in somewhat obscure areas, too), clay tends to be something gamers will eventually find on accident.
Even so, finding a few on accident isn't always enough. In particular, players are sent to the northeast as part of the main quest. That shack has a massive quantity of clay deposits in the backyard. For part of a quest, players are asked to dig a bunch of these deposits up. Go ahead and dig more than requested for even more resources.
Digging Up Clay
To get more clay, grab or craft a shovel. This only costs two logs, not exactly a scarce resource. After crafting the shovel, head over to a clay deposit, stand on it, and dig. This should loot the resource. Look straight down if it does not and make sure the shovel is aligned correctly.
There are faster ways to make money, so don't do this out of economic need. But it always helps to keep a few extra pieces around, just in case a particular item requires a piece or two.
Medieval Dynasty is available now for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
