For over 50 years, San Diego Comic-Con has been a hot spot for all things pop-culture. Marvel still takes to Hall H most years to make its biggest announcements. Amazon usually reveals its upcoming slate of superhero-related shows. And big toy companies like Mattel line up on the show floor, ready to show their latest and greatest collectibles.
This year, Mattel is bringing an impressive assortment to San Diego Comic-Con that includes must-have Mario Kart, Back to the Future, WWE, TMNT, and Marvel merchandise.
All of the items listed below will be available at Mattel's in-person booth on the SDCC floor from July 24-27. They'll also be available for purchase via MattelCreations.com, unless otherwise stated below.

Hot Wheels Mario Kart Pauline

A die-cast Hot Wheels collectible perfect for Mario Kart fans of all ages, this toy sees Super Mario Odyssey's Pauline in the driver's seat of the iconic Badwagon, a vehicle taken directly from Mario Kart 8. This collectible is part of Mattel's "Girl Power" range that's celebrating iconic women in pop-culture during SDCC 2025.
Hot Wheels Back to the Future 40th Anniversary Set

It's been 40 years since the first Back to the Future hit theaters, and to celebrate the momentous occasion, Mattel is releasing a special 40th anniversary Hot Wheels set. Along with highly-detailed die-cast versions of the iconic DeLorean Time Machine and the Dr. Emmett Brown-branded truck it first emerges from in the movie, this set includes a small diorama that captures that on-screen moment. This diorama includes the infamous "Twin Pines Mall" sign, which becomes "Lone Pine Mall" after the movie's time-traveling shenanigans.
Hot Wheels Jaws 50th Anniversary

2025 also marks the 50th anniversary of Steven Spielberg's Jaws, a movie credited with popularizing the concept of a summer blockbuster. To commemorate its immense influence, Mattel is releasing another Hot Wheels anniversary set, this time presenting fans with a die-cast model of the Orca. This anniversary set also comes in some 1970s-inspired packaging.
Monster High Skullector Elvira Doll

Monster High's Skullector has worn many faces over the last five years. She's been It's Pennywise, Gremlins 2's Greta, The Addams Family's Wednesday and Morticia, and Elvira: Mistress of the Dark's titular heroine. Skullector's back again at SDCC 2025, and she's taken on the appearance of Elvira once more, this time in a sleek faux leather dress and an elegant batwing cape.

Jurassic World Hammond Collection T. Rex Convention Crasher Set

While all of the collectibles mentioned in this list lean into the pop-culture nature of San Diego Comic-Con, none directly reference it as much as this Jurassic World Hammond Collection T. Rex Convention Crasher set. This set includes the "Buck" species of T. Rex seen in The Lost World: Jurassic Park, an unsuspecting victim dressed in a rather ironic inflatable T. Rex outfit, a tongue-in-cheek banner that reads "When Fans Ruled The Earth," and a handful of accessories that make it seem as though the dinosaur is rampaging its way through SDCC itself.
