15 First Person Mode For Mass Effect 3

It should be more than enough to tie gamers over until the upcoming release of the Mass Effect Legendary Edition trilogy. It's also perfect for gamers less-than-impressed with particular game remasters that provide a lower-quality experience than the modding community has to offer.
12 A Lot Of Videos (ALOV) For ME3 - Unofficial Ultrawide Edit
Ultrawide gaming wasn't really a thing when Mass Effect 3 was first released, which is why many mod authors are going back and creating mods that provide support after the fact. This Ultrawide Edit is based on the original ALOV mod by Melllin which upscaled all the game's cutscenes up to 1080p/4K.
Paleforce's Ultrawide Edit changes the aspect ratio for these vids to 21:9, which is suitable for most ultrawide monitors. Still no word on a 32:9 release, although many 21:9 widescreen mods are compatible.
11 Mass Effect 3 Ultrawide
This is another Ultrawide mod that expands beyond cutscenes and goes right for the base game. It changes the default aspect ratio to 21:9 (other resolutions may benefit from this mod as well) right down to the game's UI.
It's the perfect solution for gamers with ultrawide monitors that don't wish to be hampered by the vanilla game's base resolution restrictions. The mod also goes beyond what the popular Flawless Widescreen tool can do by directly manipulating the in-game assets in order to properly fit a super widescreen aspect ratio.

EGM Expanded Galaxy Mod for Mass Effect 3, as mentioned in the name, expands the universe of the game. This mod adds a much-needed depth into the game by giving players access to Armors, weapons, and custom-built Normandy. Players can now enjoy many new assignments that work just as well as original ones.
The mod also adds an improved galaxy map interface, which covers the entire region from all of the games in the series. Expanded Galaxy Mod is one of the best mods players can get for the game.
9 ME3Recalibrated
ME3Recalibrated Mod for the game is created by a team of multiple modders just to give players a much better Mass Effect experience. The mod does it by fixing a lot of bugs that plagued the final release of the game. On top of fixes, it edits and rectifies all of the lore issues that were in the game.
And not just that, the mod restores content like conversations and adds graphical improvement, like fixing Joker's teeth. The number of things the mod fixes are really overwhelming, and that makes it a must-have add-on for ME3.
8 Alliance Warpack
Alliance Warpack is a simple mod but adds much-needed depth to Mass Effect 3. The mod pack gives additional outfits to team members. Ashley gets defender, spectre, and terminus assault armors. Kaiden gets sentinel, spectre, and inferno armor. James gets garm armor, and EDI receives an assault armor.
By adding these mods, players can see their teammates wearing a more appropriate outfit to the situation. This mod needs the EGM mod to work and can be very easily installed into the game.
7 Extended Final Anderson Conversation
Extended Final Anderson Conversation is a mod that fixes the short length of conversation between Shephard and Anderson and makes it how it should be. This mod replaces a couple of pieces of dialogue during the conversation and acts as a part of the Extended Cut DLC.
The mod adds the full conversation with Anderson and uses camera cuts and additional animation to establish that. This is one of the add-ons that actually do not impact the gameplay at all, but rather enhance the story further.
6 ENB Or Reshade With SweetFX
By now, most of the PC gamers are aware of ENB and SweetFX. Their light sized mods are meant to make games look vibrant, sharp, and pretty. Like most ENB graphics mod, this is quite easy to install and makes the players feel truly at home within the game.
This mod fixes the dull coloring of the final game and gives it the visual fidelity the game needed. Mass Effect 3 is one of those games that are very beautiful when it comes to the concepts and characters, and a better-rendered image will always complement that.
