Dark Horse Comics has announced Marvel’s Spider-Man 2—The Poster Collection. The newly unveiled offering featuring dozens of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 posters is now available for pre-order, and will be hitting the store shelves in November 2024.
Embracer Group subsidiary Dark Horse Comics has long been publishing poster clusters meant to accompany various games. Some of its most popular such collections that have been released in the past were based on Fallout 4, Battlefield 1, and Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2—The Poster Collection Now Available for Pre-Order
That trend is now continuing with Marvel’s Spider-Man 2—The Poster Collection, a bundle of 42 12x16" posters comprised into a compendium with a tear-away spine for easy removal. The collection is priced at $29.99 and can already be pre-ordered from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Things From Another World. While online orders will start shipping on November 12, select local bookstores will receive the poster cluster on November 5, followed by comic shops a day later.

Many of the included posters are said to depict some of the most memorable moments from Marvel's Spider-Man 2. However, none of them have yet been revealed by Dark Horse Comics, possibly because the publisher wants to showcase them gradually in the run-up to the collection's fall 2024 release. For now, the company merely said that each of the posters contained in the compendium will depict Peter Parker, Miles Morales, or both. How many of them will feature previously unseen artwork, if any, remains to be seen.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2—The Poster Collection marks Dark Horse Comics' second such Spider-Man offering to date. Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales also received a poster collection from the company, which was released back in March 2024 following a four-month pre-order period. The compendium remains available for purchase to this day, much like many other video game poster collections that Dark Horse Comics released in the past. That track record indicates that this upcoming Marvel's Spider-Man 2 poster cluster will remain in print for the foreseeable future.
This compendium's announcement arrives shortly after Insomniac rolled out a new Marvel's Spider-Man 2 update. Launched on June 18, the patch introduces eight new suits evenly divided among Peter Parker and Miles Morales's wardrobes, as well as the ability to swap between Symbiote and Spider Arms' traversal abilities from the game's menu. Some accessibility additions were part of the package as well, together with fixes for over a dozen minor bugs. Insomniac also introduced a number of gameplay tweaks, like raising the frequency of Symbiote finishers in the New Game Plus mode due to player requests.
