Even with E3 2019 set to kick off later today with Microsoft and Bethesda, preparations for the annual even began days before in and around Los Angeles. Part of the setup involved marketing advertisements set up on billboards, a few of which featured new information for some of E3 2019's biggest games like the release and launch plans for Gears 5. A billboard for Marvel's Avengers, one of Square's bigger titles on display, also revealed some new information.

While the Gears 5 billboard was captured by fans around the city, the official Twitter account for Marvel's Avengers posted an image of the banner set up front and center of the LA Convention Center. While the banner doesn't give away a release date or window, the platforms that the game is coming out on is clearly labeled.

As expected, the anticipated superhero title is coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, but the surprise reveal is that it's also coming to Google Stadia. Speculation continues to rage on over a possible release date, though a recent Amazon UK listing may have spoiled the surprise a bit early. According to the leak, fans have about another year to wait if the May 15, 2020 release date ultimately turns out to be true.

Although Google fully revealed the streaming platform a few days ago, the newest platform has already managed to include an impressive amount of AAA titles like The Division 2, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, and Destiny 2: New Light. Google is also planning first party titles for Stadia led by Jade Raymond while even more major upcoming titles are also planning on making the jump to the platform including DOOM Eternal, Darksiders Genesis, and the previously mentioned Marvel's Avengers.

Marvel’s Avengers is in development for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia.
