Marvel Snap: Brood Decks

Brood is a Pool 3 card in Marvel Snap with an On Reveal ability that puts two Broodlings with the same power as Brood into play. Notably, these Broodlings have a cost of three, and they have no abilities. These two characteristics create some powerful synergies between Marvel Snap's Brood and several other cards, and this guide is here to provide details on decks that look to take advantage of those synergies.

Budget Brood

While the best cards to play alongside Brood can be found in Pool 3 and beyond, players that obtain the insect at a low collection level can still try it in this shell. Brood's primary support here comes in the form of Blue Marvel, who is a great target for Onslaught. Storm also works quite nicely with Brood, as playing the insect into her lane is a good way to secure the location in Marvel Snap.

Sera Surfer

As previously noted, Brood's Broodlings each have a cost of three, which gives the card fantastic synergy with Silver Surfer. While there are several different shells that play both of those cards, this is perhaps the most consistent of the Silver Surfer decks in Marvel Snap. Indeed, this list is extremely powerful, and Sera into Silver Surfer, Brood, and one more three-cost card can lead to huge swings on the final turn.

Patriot

Marvel Snap's Patriot is yet another card that synergizes with Brood, as the Broodlings receive the additional power that he provides. This bonus can be increased even further by targeting Patriot with cards like Mystique and Onslaught, and Blue Marvel provide an additional opportunity to buff Brood and the Broodlings.

To note, there is a meta deck that puts Brood, Patriot, and Silver Surfer together, and it may actually be more powerful than this Surfer-less list. However, not every Marvel Snap player will have access to Silver Surfer, which is why this guide has opted to detail a Patriot deck that does not feature that Pool 5 card.

Cerebro 2

This deck looks to flood the board with two-power cards and then buff them all on the final turn with Marvel Snap's Cerebro into Mystique. Brood plays an extremely important role in this strategy, as it is effectively three two-power cards for just three energy. Once again, Blue Marvel makes an appearance as another way to push power across the board, and Goose and Storm are both very strong when played alongside Brood.
