Summary

  • Storm leads Marvel Rivals with a 56.32% win rate, while Black Widow holds the lowest win rate at 39.95%.
  • Rocket Raccoon is second with 54.91% win rate, and Mister Fantastic ranks in the top ten at 51.08%.
  • Players can expect ongoing updates to the hero win rates.

Marvel Rivals' Season 1 win rates have been revealed, showing which of the game's 35 heroes are having the most success. Season 1 of Marvel Rivals is freshly underway and added the first batch of post-launch heroes to the game in Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman of The Fantastic Four. The other two members of the super group, The Thing and The Human Torch, are expected to be released halfway through Season 1.

With the massive popularity of Marvel Rivals since its launch last month, it's no surprise that a large portion of the game's 20+ million-strong playerbase are into competitive play. As such, stats like pick rates, win rates, and total matches become subjects of interest for players looking for the most effective heroes to pick. Thankfully, many third-party sites, like the newly created RivalsMeta, do a great job at hosting and updating this info for players who want to get in on the latest meta.

Marvel Rivals is adding a skin based on Marvel's Spider-Man 2
Marvel Rivals Adding Skin Based on Spider-Man 2 Game

NetEase Games surprises fans by announcing a new skin inspired by PlayStation's hit title Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is coming to Marvel Rivals.

It seems Marvel Rivals stat site RivalsMeta has been updated to include the hero pick and win rates for the currently ongoing Season 1. Storm is the hero that sits at the top of the list with the highest win rate overall of over 56%. Interestingly, she also has the second-highest ban rate behind The Hulk. The worst win rate goes to Black Widow with a 39% rate; she's also the least commonly picked hero at just under 3%. It makes sense for Marvel Rivals' two snipers, Black Widow and Hawkeye, to have two of the lowest win rates in the game, considering the amount of skill they require to be successful in competitive matches.

However, Invisible Woman has the second-highest pick rate behind Cloak and Dagger. The highest overall Strategist win rate belongs to Rocket Raccoon, who's also second overall, while Peni Parker is the winningest Vanguard hero, sitting at 5th overall. For being one of the most popular heroes in Marvel Rivals, Moon Knights's win rate sits at a disappointing 47.14%, the fourth lowest in the entire game.

These RivalsMeta stats will surely be updated over the course of Marvel Rivals' first season, so fans should keep checking the page to see if there are any big changes, especially as updates and patches are rolled out that may nerf or buff different heroes. It'll be interesting to see where The Thing and Human Torch end up on this list later on in Season 1, and how the ranking crystallizes as the season comes to an end.
