A prominent Marvel Rivals leaker took to social media to share a new skin for the character Psylocke in NetEase Games' popular hero shooter. Marvel Rivals is about to launch its second major limited-time event, Spring Festival, on January 23. As part of the event, fans will be treated to a new game mode, fresh cosmetics, and a number of free rewards.

Psylocke is a Duelist in Marvel Rivals, which means her primary role is to dish out damage and stack up as many eliminations as possible. In order to help her do this, she has a powerful ultimate called Dance of the Butterfly that allows her to strike multiple enemies within a wide area. The hero also has the power to turn invisible, enabling her to get in and out of fights unseen. This allows her to exploit advantageous positioning when trying to take out another team's Strategists. In addition, Psylocke has a dash ability where she strikes through a foe for a significant amount of damage, though she can also use this power for mobility.

In a recent post on Twitter, popular leaker RivalsInfo showed off gameplay of a new Marvel Rivals skin for Psylocke. Artwork for this cosmetic was recently featured in a Gallery Card, which served as a reward for Chapter 4 of the game's Midnight Feature's quests. The video shows Psylocke in a short crimson dress with dark thigh-high boots. As the hero runs, one can see that she also sports long black gloves and a scarlet hat punctuated by a flowing ribbon. As the camera pans around Psylocke, one may also notice that she carries purple vials strapped to her leg, a scroll on her hip, and has her iconic blade strapped to her back.

Many fans were quick to praise the skin, stating that they are excited to get their hands on it whenever it becomes available for purchase. RivalsInfo also shared that gamers will be able to acquire Psylocke's new cosmetic bundle for 1,600 Units.
