A new leak seems to indicate that Deadpool may be joining Marvel Rivals soon. New voice lines have been shared of existing characters speaking about or to Deadpool seem to cement the character arriving in Marvel Rivals in the near future.

Players have been eagerly awaiting Deadpool's seemingly inevitable arrival to Marvel Rivals. The character has had a strong fanbase since his comic book days, but the Deadpool trilogy of movies has cemented his position as a pop culture icon. With Marvel Rivals gradually approaching its first anniversary, which will arrive in December 2025, players have been growing impatient waiting for his character to be added to the game.

New Voice Lines Suggest Deadpool May Be Added to Marvel Rivals Soon

A new batch of voice lines from an established Marvel Rivals leaker, X0X_LEAK, has been shared. The Twitter post includes nearly three minutes of voice lines, consisting of established Marvel Rivals heroes talking either to Deadpool or about him in his absence. Some of the voice clips are vague when taken out of context, but others are more clear cut, with characters like The Punisher, Scarlet Witch, and Wolverine referring to him directly as Wade. Others seem like they're distinctly talking about or to Deadpool even without naming him, like Rocket complaining about an unnamed character talking too much even once he'd been knocked out, or Venom griping about someone babbling incoherently, both of which seem to describe the Merc with a Mouth's typical behavior.

Previous leaks have hinted at the addition of Deadpool to Marvel Rivals as a playable character, including one of the lines included in this compilation, in which Spider-Man complains about a loose cannon. If this leak's new clips were recorded at the same time, then it stands to reason that Deadpool's addition has been planned for quite a while, but that he just hasn't made it to the game yet. Marvel Rivals has also made prior references to Deadpool, such as when it added a skin for Wolverine based on the Deadpool & Wolverine movie.

Given prior leaks and the popularity of Deadpool, it seems to be nearly certain that his character will be incorporated into Marvel Rivals. When, however, is a little less clear. With the MCU and Marvel Comics having such a huge cast of characters to call upon, there's still plenty of fan favorites missing from the playable roster. With some luck, players won't have to wait too much longer for Wade's addition to Marvel Rivals.
