NetEase Games has given Marvel Rivals players their first look at gameplay of the upcoming Sunshine Land Shark skin for the Strategist Jeff the Land Shark, which will release in the game's shop on June 5 at 7 PM PDT. Marvel Rivals recently added the villain Ultron to the game's roster as a flying Strategist, allowing him to support allies and attack enemies while hovering above the battlefield.

With the launch of its major Season 2.5 update, Marvel Rivals reworked Jeff the Land Shark, making some changes to the Strategist that have proven to be somewhat controversial in the community. The most obvious change is that Jeff's Joyful Splash ability now damages enemies. This rework allows Jeff's stream of water to pierce through friends and foes while dishing out healing and damage accordingly. The ability to both heal and deal damage simultaneously also benefits Jeff's ultimate ability, as it now recharges faster than before.

In a recent post on Twitter, NetEase Games gave players their first look at gameplay for the upcoming Sunshine Land Shark skin for Jeff the Land Shark in Marvel Rivals. The popular Strategist can be seen wearing a tiny teal hat, a shirt with rubber ducks on it, and a ring of purple flowers around his neck. His bundle even comes with an emote that covers him in purple flower petals. Jeff can also be seen sporting sandals on his little feet. Many players seem to be excited to get their hands on the skin when it launches in the shop on June 5 at 7 PM PDT.

In addition to Jeff's new Sunshine Land Shark costume, NetEase Games is releasing a Weapon X skin for Marvel Rivals' Wolverine. According to Miller Ross on Twitter, Wolverine's costume bundle will be priced at 1,600 Units when it makes its debut in the hero shooter's shop on June 5. The bundle will include an MVP animation, skin, spray, emote, and nameplate.

Players looking to acquire even more cosmetics may want to consider completing the current round of Cerebro Database challenges in Marvel Rivals. While finishing all the challenges will allow gamers to claim a wide variety of rewards, the most notable item appears to be the new Binary Arrow skin for the hero Hawkeye. The popular Duelist recently received a buff with the Season 2.5 update, making him even more formidable on the battlefield than before. With so much content to enjoy and even more on the way, many fans are feeling optimistic about the future of Marvel Rivals.
