Marvel Rivals players are getting sick of Galacta, the in-game narrator. The game’s community recently aired their grievances in the comments of a Reddit post shared by a user known as Irish-Jackson. While the original post focused on the potential of adding announcer packs to the game, others revealed why they wanted this feature to be included. Specifically, players said they were tired of Galacta, pointing out that her voice lines became hard to listen to while playing the game. "Galacta’s lines are so tilting that I actually get annoyed by the 'you win' voiceline so yes please, any other option would be nice," one Reddit user said.
Marvel Rivals Players Want Alternatives to Galacta
Even though Galacta is not part of the playable roster in Marvel Rivals, she plays a significant part in the game due to her role as narrator. As a result of this, players will hear the character often comment on the action taking place in matches. It is worth pointing out that there is an option to turn off the announcer volume for Marvel Rivals. By navigating to the Audio section in the Settings menu, players can turn down in-game voice volume. However, this might not be optimal for some players since it silences all other characters in a match as well. Instead, many fans would rather hear a different character announce matches.
