In a recent post on Reddit, Raz0712 posted images of the new Fantastic Four skins coming to both Fortnite and Marvel Rivals, comparing the two next to one another. Both sets of cosmetics are distinct in their own ways, though they both feature the same powder blue color scheme with white accents. VolandZero pointed out that Fortnite's skins likely look closer to the movie, as the skins themselves seem to resemble the actors and how the characters appear in the film. However, they did note that The Thing looks a little small. Meanwhile, VolandZero mentioned that the Marvel Rivals skins utilize the costumes from the films, but have adapted them to fit the game's unique art style.

New Fantastic Four Skins Are Coming to Fortnite and Marvel Rivals

Many fans believe that both sets of cosmetics honor the movie in their own way and suggested that it wouldn't make sense for them to look exactly alike. In addition to launching a fresh set of cosmetics, Marvel Rivals is adding a new team-up to the game that includes Human Torch and The Thing. The team-up allows Human Torch to pick up The Thing and carry him in the air before dropping the Vanguard onto nearby foes. It's a powerful ability that allows for some unique mobility and gives The Thing a chance to launch a surprise attack. The footage posted by NetEase Games looks very similar to a scene used in a recent trailer for The Fantastic Four: First Steps, which shows the heroes soaring through the sky together.

Fortnite is currently wrapping up Chapter 6 Season 3, which features a large focus on heroes like Superman and Robin. Meanwhile, Marvel Rivals is preparing to launch its major mid-season update in August, which will add the popular hero Blade to the game as a playable character.
