A new Marvel Rivals ad has accidentally revealed that two new characters, Human Torch and The Thing, might be coming to the game in the near future. The promotion displays, likely by accident, two heroes on the character selection screen, Human Torch and The Thing, which are currently not in the Marvel Rivals roster. Human Torch and The Thing are part of the iconic Fantastic Four team, and fans have been eagerly looking forward to their arrival in the game. While there is no mention of a release date, the community speculates that it might be coming pretty soon.
Marvel Rivals Ad Potentially Leaks The Thing and Human Torch
This is not the only set of characters for Marvel Rivals that were leaked in the past few weeks. In fact, a previous leak had suggested that Mr. Fantastic could also be coming to Marvel Rivals in the near future. Therefore, Human Torch and the Thing being added to the game makes much more sense. The only strange part, which also is the cause of disappointment for some fans, is that there is no mention of Invisible Girl so far. However, considering all of these are leaks and speculation, neither Invisible Girl's exclusion nor the rest of the Fantastic Four's inclusion in the roster has been confirmed as of now.
Fans think these characters will be released in the game as part of the Season 1 update, which is slated to begin sometime in early January. In fact, another leak suggested that Ultron could also be added to Marvel Rivals' roster very soon. If Ultron is released along with the three Fantastic Four characters, it could be a well-rounded addition.
