There are six medals in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and it is only after collecting them all that players can consider the game 100% completed. This guide is here to assist with that endeavor, and fans can learn how to earn every one of Super Mario Bros. Wonder's medals in what follows.

To note, the only rewards for 100% completion of Mario Wonder are a slight change to the title screen (its background becomes black) and a green checkmark on the save file. Players are thus advised to only pursue a completionist playthrough if they simply cannot get enough of the game, as there is no major reward waiting for them at the end.

Medal #1 (Game Completion)

Players will receive their first medal upon beating Mario Wonder.

Medal #2, #3, & #4 (Wonder Seeds, 10-Flower Coins, & Flags)

The second, third, and fourth medals are earned by collecting every Wonder Seed, collecting every 10-Flower Coin, and touching the top of every flagpole in the game. This includes addressing the Seeds, Coins, and flags that are found in Mario Wonder's Special World, which is accessed by way of seven entry points that are scattered throughout the Flower Kingdom.

To note, players will know that they have addressed a level's Wonder Seeds, 10-Flower Coins, and flag when it is marked with a green checkmark in the course selection menu. If that Mario Wonder checkmark does not appear for a course that seems to have been fully cleared, the level is likely home to a secret exit that fans must locate.

Medal #5 (Badges)

Fans will earn their fifth medal after collecting every Badge in Mario Wonder. While nearly all those Badges are obtained by completing Badge Challenges and visiting Poplin Shops, there is one exception: the Sound Off? Badge, which changes all the game's sounds when equipped.

To claim that final Badge, players must earn the previously-detailed second, third, and fourth medals. This will cause the Final-Final Test Badge Marathon course to appear in the Special World, and completing it grants access to a house where the Sound Off? Badge is held.

Medal #6 (Standees)

The sixth badge is awarded upon acquisition of all 144 Standees. For full clarity, Standees are purchased from Poplins, and the shop in the Special World, which allows players to target the specific Standees that they are missing, makes earning them all quite easy. Fans will need a lot of currency to buy every Standee, though, and they may need to put some effort toward farming Purple Flower Coins in Mario Wonder.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is available now exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
