Anime Japan 2025 for One Piece

One Piece Will Have A Red Stage on March 22

Anime Japan is a major event, and this year definitely has an interesting lineup. The event of Anime Japan 2025 will span across two days, March 22 and March 23, with multiple shows getting their moments in a White, Red, Green, or Blue stage.

When it comes to One Piece, it will be included in the Red Stage, on the 22nd of March 2025. It will be alongside shows like Demon Slayer, Kaiju No.8, Oshi No Ko, and My Hero Academia.

The event for One Piece is described on the Anime Japan website as “Arc/Special Stage before broadcast resumes”. And it goes on to further describe the part for One Piece as:

“Join us for the TV anime ONE PIECE: Egghead Arc Special Stage just before the broadcast resumes!

Ahead of the Egghead Arc's return, enjoy a special talk session featuring the Straw Hat Crew’s cast members.

Details will be revealed on the day of the event, so stay tuned! We look forward to your participation.”

On March 22, fans can expect One Piece’s stage between 19:10 and 19:45 Japan Time, so the entirety of this part will run for a bit over half an hour.

For about half an hour, fans can expect a talk session with the voice actors of the Straw Hat Pirates, which includes the voice actor of Luffy, Mayumi Tanaka. The other cast members revealed are Kazuya Nakai and Kappei Yamaguchi. These two are the voice actors of Zoro and Usopp. More cast members could join, but for now, these are the confirmed ones.

While entirely speculative, fans hope for new information for the upcoming One Piece movie, which will be released by 2026.

One Piece is Returning in April

The One Piece anime is scheduled to return not too long after Anime Japan 2025, in early April. This return comes after a very long break of 6 months. Fans can watch One Piece on Crunchyroll when it returns and continues its long-awaited Egghead Island arc.
