Bungie is giving players an early taste of Marathon before its full launch through a limited-time Server Slam event. This free playtest will allow players to experience a high-stakes first-person extraction shooter experience on both PC and consoles. It'll also be a great opportunity to experiment with builds, explore the maps, and check out different archetypes ahead of the full release. What Time Does Marathon Server Slam Start? (Global Release Times)
Bungie will be hosting the Marathon Server Slam (Playtest) on February 26th, 2026, which will run through the weekend till March 2, 2026. The Server Slam will be playable worldwide for free on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Marathon Server Slam will also support Crossplay and Cross-Save, so players will be able to team up with their friends across different platforms for seamless play.
