How to Get the Map

There is a cartographer in Magical Delicacy who players can talk to in order to obtain the town map. To get the map of Grat in Magical Delicacy, go to the Central Plaza and talk to Colo, the character on the platform below the elevator doors. Here is a video demonstrating how to find the cartographer:

This area can be reached right at the start of the game; it's advised that players obtain the map as soon as possible, as it makes it much easier to get to know the various town areas and locations. Even though the map will look relatively empty at first glance, gamers can improve it once they purchase certain cartography items and keepsakes.

How to Improve the Map

Players can trade with Colo to get their hands on useful cartography tools, which will greatly improve the effectiveness of the town map. To get them simply interact with Colo, select trade, and buy them. Here's what they have for sale:

Cartography Tools	Price	What It Does
Compass	25 Beads	Shows the player's location on the map.
Marker Bundle	49 Beads	Allows the player to place markers on the map.
Marker Bundle for Merchants	85 Beads	Automatically places the location of stationary merchants on the map.

The Compass and Marker Bundle will be applied automatically. However, if players have another equipped keepsake, the Marker Bundle for Merchants might not become active right away.
