Swann's adventures in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage aren't just about pursuing the supernatural phenomena around Velvet Cove. As also a slice-of-life game, sometimes it's the simpler things, such as helping Swann get ready for the day.
One way that you can do that in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is by helping Swann choose her outfits at certain points in the game. While her bedroom closet is an obvious choice to do this, there are other opportunities in other locations to do so. If you also want the 90s Chic achievement, then you'll need to know where they all are.

How to Change Swann's Clothes in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage
Since Lost Records: Bloom & Rage transpires entirely through Swann's point of view, we also experience moments of her personal life, namely via the contents of her childhood bedroom. Along with making phone calls and exploring Swann's various knick-knacks, one thing in particular that you can do there is customize Swann's outfit, with a variety of colorful tops and bottoms to choose from.
When you have control of Swann, go over to her closet on the right side of the room and click 'Open' when prompted to reveal the clothing options for that point in the game. The top row of patterns represents her selection of shirts, while the patterns in the bottom row represent her choice of pants or shorts. You can see how each option looks on Swann before deciding on the look you want.
You can do this each time there's a new opportunity to change Swann's outfit throughout the game, and as you progress, there will be different clothing options available. It can make activities such as filming memoirs all the more enjoyable.
How to Unlock 90s Chic Achievement in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage
Important Note: This particular achievement is currently bugged for some players and may not immediately pop, even if the required objectives are completed. It reportedly has to do with save files created before the release of Tape 2. As such, with both tapes now released, one confirmed solution is to start a new save file and complete the required objectives again.
To get the 90s Chic achievement (or trophy) in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, you need to change Swann's outfit at "every opportunity" in the game. While Swann's bedroom closet makes up the majority of those opportunities, there are a couple of other unique instances in other locations to change your look.
There are a total of six opportunities to change Swann's outfit, and you must make sure to change both her shirt and pants each time for it to count. They don't have to be done consecutively (though it's still best to try), and if you miss one, you can double back to a specific scene later via the 'Scene Selection' menu and use 'Collectible Mode' to find and use the outfit-changing spot.
The scenes where you can change clothes include the following:
- Tape 1, Scene 3 (Swann Holloway, 1995) - Swann's bedroom closet
- Tape 1, Scene 14 (Phone a Friend) - Swann's bedroom closet
- Tape 1, Scene 19 (Packing Up) - Swann's bedroom closet
- Tape 2, Scene 3 (Alone Again) - Swann's bedroom closet
- Tape 2, Scene 5 (An Empty Cabin) - Chair of clothes in Swann's corner of the cabin
- Tape 2, Scene 7 (Nora's Grief) - Shopping bags in Nora's garage
