While Prime Hydration has faced controversy in the past, a new report emerged that the company is facing a lawsuit from a bottler of beverages, Refresco. Refresco alleges that it invested heavily in setting up and dedicating a production line exclusively for Prime Hydration products based on promises made by the defendants. This included costs for re-equipping and maintaining the production line, as well as forgoing potential opportunities with other customers. Refresco claims that the defendants failed to purchase the "guaranteed annual minimum volume" of products as agreed, leading to substantial financial losses.

Additionally, Refresco argues that if the contract was terminated early, it was due to the "defendants' concealed intention to cease performing" and their claim that the agreement had "terminated under its own terms" without informing Refresco. As a result, Refresco is seeking damages, including a minimum of $67,710,000, to compensate for the financial harm caused by official UFC drink Prime Hydration’s actions and inactions.

While it remains to be seen how this lawsuit will be resolved, Logan Paul is also involved in another legal matter. In late June, Paul filed a lawsuit against popular YouTuber Coffeezilla in response to a series of videos raising concerns about the legitimacy and financial management of the CryptoZoo project. Coffeezilla responded by claiming that the lawsuit is a strategic move to silence him.
