The official social media accounts of the Chinese-produced animated series (or "donghua"), Link Click, have revealed that the series' third season is set to broadcast in 2026. In addition to celebrating the fourth anniversary of the Link Click donghua, the official X account teased a brand-new character in the form of Jae Lee, a member of the Bridon Crime Agency. Will he be a friend to the Time Photo Studio, or foe?

Link Click season 3's exact release date has not yet been revealed, nor do we know how many episodes we can expect when it does broadcast, but what we can expect is Crunchyroll to stream the upcoming third season just like they did the first and second seasons.

A Unique and Popular Chinese Animated Project

The plot of Link Click follows Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang, two young men who run Moment of Time Photo Studio, where they accept jobs from clients who are riddled with regrets. With his ability to enter a photo and see everything that took place at that moment in time from the perspective of the person who took the photo, Xiaoshi is able to assume their feelings and absorb their memories, while Guang can keep track of the events in time to assist Xiaoshi in his recollection. The two have only twelve hours and a single chance to go back in time, all while making sure that they leave the past unchanged.

The series is an original animation project produced by Studio LAN with assistance by director Li Haolin's animation studio Haoliners Animation Leaguer. The first season ran for 12 episodes from April to July 2021, followed by the second season, which ran from July to September 2023, and then the prequel series, titled Link Click: Bridon Arc, which ran for six episodes from December 2024 to January 2025. The third season of Link Click is set to premiere in 2026. Staff involved in the production of Link Click include Li Haolin, the director and original creator of the currently airing To be Hero X, at the director's helm and writing the scripts, while Tenmon composed the music.

Link Click is available to stream on Crunchyroll. The third season is set for 2026.
