How To Change Difficulty In Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth
Players who try to change the difficulty in Like a Dragon, Infinite Wealth will be shocked to learn that there is no way to do so until they complete the game. For some reason, Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio has decided to lock the option to change the difficulty behind New Game Plus. Once you have completed the game, you can choose any of the three difficulties:
- Normal
- Hard
- Legend
It's obvious that Normal is the lowest difficulty, and Legend is the toughest. Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth does not have an easy mode.
Another thing that players need to remember is that the Standard Edition of Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth does not have New Game Plus. Initially, it was only available to those who purchased the Deluxe Edition or the Ultimate Edition of the game.
The move made by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and Sega is rather odd, and it ensures that players with the Standard Edition won't be able to change the difficulty unless they buy the Master Vacation Bundle separately. Without the bundle, players won't be able to earn any of the trophies linked to Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth Master Vacation. For completionists, this may be a bother, and they might be forced to buy the Deluxe, or the Ultimate Edition, or the DLC separately.
However, there is a certain option in the game that can make things a bit easier for players. You can change the battle speed, which will give you more time to react to enemy actions and plan your moves. By changing it to slow, it will be easier for players to win fights.
