All Ranks in Lethal Company
Currently, there are 5 different ranks in Lethal Company. When a player gains a certain amount of XP required for a rank, they get promoted automatically, and the corresponding badge will appear on their suit.
At the moment, ranks do not provide any rewards or benefits, so players can only really use them to boast to other players, but this may change in the future, as the game is currently in Early Access. Below are the ranks available in Lethal Company and the amount of XP fans need to unlock them:
- Intern – 0 to 50 XP
- Part-Time – 50 to 100 XP

- Leader – 200 to 500 XP
- Boss – 500 XP

How to Increase Rank in Lethal Company
The best way to get a higher rank in Lethal Company is to collect as much scrap metal as possible, meet the quota, not die, and finish the round with an S grade. The game's scoring system tracks all of the above and calculates the amount of XP at the end of the round.
Climbing the initial ranks is a breeze, requiring only a couple of rounds with an A or higher score without deaths. However, as players progress through the ranks, the challenge will increase. The difficulty lies in not only gaining experience but also in the risk of losing it, making it increasingly challenging to gain ranks in the late game on difficult moons.
The player's team will lose XP if they do not meet the quota, die, or perform poorly. This can lead to a player losing their rank, and thus they will need to accumulate XP again to get it back. So, it's recommended that players collect as much scrap metal as possible, always be ready to meet enemies, try their best to stay alive, and cooperate with their teammates, as this will make the game easier and help in quickly gaining a rank.
