A new update is coming for LEGO Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy on PS4 and PS5, and will feature a new trophy list being added to the game. LEGO Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy is a fan-favorite entry in the series for many, and these new updates should improve the overall experience for players.

LEGO Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy was added to PS Plus Premium in 2024 alongside several other classic LEGO games. Most additions to PS Plus Premium usually feature trophy support, with older titles being updated to support the feature. However, LEGO Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy was missing this feature when the game was first added to the service back in June of 2024.

The Next LEGO Star Wars Title Seems Pretty Obvious

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga may have encompassed the entire mainline franchise, but there are still plenty of stories left to tell.

None of these new achievements seem to feature any challenges out of the ordinary, with most focusing on completing levels or unlocking new content. While this may be disappointing for some, simply having achievements added to a release this old is a welcome addition for many. This new list of achievements comes right after February's PS Plus game drop, which also featured games with newly added achievement support. Adding new achievements appears to be a priority for games released on PS Plus, with games new and old featuring the additions.

It's currently unclear which other releases on PS Plus, if any, will be updated to add trophy support. That being said, many classic releases have also included new trophy support, including games like Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy.
