Where to Find Mask Maker Daigo in LEGO Fortnite Expeditions

To find and take on Mask Maker Daigo, players will need to start the "Arcane Aspirations" mission over at Demon’s Domain. This will require players to rely on a bit of luck, however, as the available missions in LEGO Fortnite Expeditions are always on a rotation. If the mission does not show up, simply queue for another one and check back later.

Once players have loaded into the "Arcane Aspirations" mission, they can then progress through the first two objectives, which, for experienced players, are carryover objectives from previous missions. These are as follows:

Set Up Comm Relays: Head to each relay marked on the map and compass, then interact with them to build them.
Deploy Field Generator: Head to the marked location and remain within the Field Generator’s AoE until it reaches 100%.

Once these objectives have been completed, players can move on to the final one, which tasks them with defeating Daigo, whose location will be marked on both the map and compass.

How to Defeat Mask Maker Daigo in LEGO Fortnite Expeditions

Mask Maker Daigo may just be one of the toughest bosses yet in LEGO Fortnite Expeditions, boasting a large amount of health and seemingly taking less damage from player attacks. Therefore, be sure to bring in the best weapons, with Epic and Legendary rarity gear being the recommended picks.

While taking Mask Maker Daigo down simply comes down to dishing out enough damage to reduce his health to zero, he does employ a variety of attacks and moves that players will need to look out for. These are as follows:

Laser Attack: Daigo will target one player in particular, indicated by a tracking laser, and then fire a laser blast at his target after an incredibly short wind-up time. Sidestep, jump, or make use of a dodge to escape this attack, as it is fully capable of one-shotting a player.
Teleport Attack: Periodically, Daigo will teleport to a different location and let out an explosion in the area he moves to. Focus on firing and attacking Daigo, and then shift positions when he teleports near your location to avoid taking damage.
Spire Spike AoE Attack: Typically used after Daigo teleports. Various AoE effects will pop up, following the player and triggering Spire Spikes to appear from the ground. Run in the opposite direction continuously or dodge while firing at Daigo to avoid the attack entirely.

If players dish out enough sustained damage to Daigo, he can also be stunned. This is a great time to focus fire on him as a team. However, once Daigo is out of his stun phase, he will let out another AoE explosion similar to when he teleports. Upon doing so, Daigo will also recover a portion of his health. When Daigo is stunned, be sure to back away and attack from a distance to avoid taking damage.

After enough time avoiding his attacks, along with dishing out constant damage with weapons and Class Abilities, Daigo will be defeated, wrapping up the mission and rewarding players with a chest to loot. Defeating Daigo will also complete the "Defeat Mask Maker" Demon's Domain Quest, granting players 30,000 XP upon completion.
