The Musanokir Shrine serves as the main fast-travel point for the Korok Forest and provides The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom players with an opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of physics. Specifically, they'll be using the momentum of swinging objects to master the shrine's puzzles.
Completing the Musanokir Shrine isn't all that challenging, particularly once players have figured out exactly what's being asked of them. That said, for anyone going in blind who is still getting used to how Link's abilities work in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, it does have the potential to be a little tricky.
Musanokir Shrine Location
The Musanokir Shrine is located in the Great Hyrule Forest; more specifically in the Korok Forest area. In order to reach it for the first time, players will need to travel through the depths of Hyrule and then use Link's Ascend ability to make their way up to the forest. Those who have already beaten the sword variant of Phantom Ganon and lifted the veil of darkness will be able to enter the forest via the surface. The coordinates of the Musanokir Shrine are 0406, 2132, 0144.
Musanokir Shrine Walkthrough
Upon their arrival at the Musanokir Shrine, players will need to create a bridge to get across a small gap. To do this, they should attach the metal ball that's connected to the bottom of the white platform to the left side of the large metal cube. After walking across the makeshift bridge that they just created, they'll want to detach the cube from the ball and attach it to the one near the giant orange target. Doing so will allow them to pull the cube back and swing it, providing the momentum needed to hit the target and unlock the nearby door.
Before leaving, players should grab the metal cube, as having two cubes in the next area can make getting to the chest considerably easier. To do so, players should use the log to get on top of one of the two cubes and then use Link's Ultrahand ability to move the other one over to the platform with the chest. Next, they should move the cube over to the side of the one that they're standing on, hop across, then use Recall to move the cube back over to the chest. Inside, they'll find a
Large Zonaite charge.
After opening the chest, players can turn their attention back to solving the Musanokir Shrine. The first step toward doing so is to attach the log to the front of the white block so that it's facing the orange target. Next, they'll want to attach one of the cubes to the metal ball hanging from the white platform. From there, it's a simple case of pulling the cube back using Link's Ultrahand ability and allowing gravity and momentum to do the rest. Once the target has turned green, the statue room will open and players will be free to claim their Light of Blessing.
