The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered features a decent arsenal of weapons for players to use against the infected and human enemies. Although it might be tempting to go into a fight guns blazing, the game encourages players to take a stealthier approach to confrontations. Where to Find the Bow and Arrow in The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered
Players can get the bow and arrow in The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered at the start of Act 3, Seattle Day 2, during the Hillcrest chapter. Players won't need to explore the area to find the bow and arrow, as Ellie will automatically get it after defeating an infected mini-boss towards the end of the chapter.
After starting the Hillcrest chapter, players will be dropped into the first enemy encounter, where they'll have to survive the members of WLF. After going through the red double doors, you'll need to position the dumpster on a slope, to the right of the shutter, to quickly climb onto it and head inside the building.
After exiting the building, players will need to go through the pet care store and reach the top of the stairs behind it. There will be a few Runners roaming around at the top. Either take the infected enemies out or quietly move past them to enter a white house. There's a crack towards the end of the house that Ellie can squeeze through to start a mini-boss encounter with an infected enemy trapped in the garage.
After defeating the infected, Ellie will pull the Bow off of it. This will allow players to finally get the bow and arrow in The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered. Players can practice using the bow and arrow in the yard of the house with dummies.
All Types of Arrows in TLOU 2
The standard arrows can be crafted as soon as players get their hands on the bow and arrow in TLOU 2. These are extremely quiet but deadly arrows that can almost one-shot all the enemies, especially humans in the game. There's also a chance to retrieve these arrows from the targets.
However, after exploring the map in The Seraphites chapter, players can find the Explosives training manual that players can use to unlock explosive arrows. These arrows are loud and will cause significant damage in an area of effect. Depending on what difficulty you're playing The Last of Us Part 2 at, the resources will be tough to find, so it's best you save these arrows as a desperate measure.
