The first world that Kingdom Hearts players will be able to explore a little bit is Destiny Islands, the home to Kairi, Riku, and Sora. The group plans to build a raft, and Kairi needs some items and provisions to ensure everything is set up for their departure. On the first day, Kairi will need Sora to collect two Logs, one Cloth, and a Rope. On the second day, Kairi can be found in the Cove --she needs Sora to gather a Seagull Egg, clean Drinking Water, three Mushrooms, two Coconuts, and three Fish. Here's how to gather everything to proceed to the next section of the game and see what happens next...
Famous Actors You Might Not Know Are In Kingdom Hearts
The Kingdom Hearts series has a high-profile voice cast. Here are some actors you might've missed in major roles.
Kingdom Hearts 1: Where to Find Rope, Cloth, and Logs
Logs
The first log can be seen as soon as you walk away from Kairi --look underneath the big bridge. The second one is near some trees in the area where Riku is hanging out.
Rope
To find the piece of rope, go into the area behind Selphie. Climb the ladder and walk across the boards to reach the area where Tidus is --the rope can be found in the corner behind him. (Refer to the images above for the exact location.)
Cloth
Climb the giant tree structure behind Wakka and Selphie. Get to the top of it to find a small entryway leading to the tree's inside. Look on the wall to the right to find the cloth hanging, ready for the taking.
Kingdom Hearts 1: Where to Find Mushrooms, Coconuts, Fish, and Drinking Water
Fish
Head to the main seashore area of Destiny Islands, where Wakka and Selphie are. Look around the shallow parts of the water for fish swimming around. Just walk (or swim) into the fish until you collect three.
Kingdom Hearts Game Order: Best Way to Start
Starting Kingdom Hearts can be quite daunting, with 13 entries in the series to date, so here's some suggestions of the best place to start.
Mushrooms
For the three mushrooms, look in the Secret Place area that has the mysterious locked door (it's behind Wakka); the second one is in the cave to the right of the raft (just push the boulder in the way); the third one is to the left of the tower in the Cove, the one you can climb up to reach a zipline.
Seagull Egg
On the bridge that leads to Riku, there are a couple of trees on the side next to the door. Climb the skinny white tree and then jump onto the one slightly underneath it to find the egg on top of the leaves.
Clean Drinking Water
Once you try out the race against Riku in the Cove, look underneath the wooden bridge (the one over the water that breaks if you step on a section of it). There's some water pouring out of a small hole on the side of the cliff. Approach it and Sora will obtain some drinking water with the bottle that Kairi gave him.
