In the tutorial level of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, your father will ask you to stop by the tavern and buy some cold ale for him. On your way to the tavern, you will overhear Deutsch bad-mouthing the King to his friends, which is considered blasphemy. You and your friends can throw manure balls at Deutsch's newly cleaned house as a punishment for his big mouth or choose not to do so to avoid getting in trouble. However, both choices will have different outcomes for your character.

In Kingdom Come: Deliverance, as you learn about the surprisingly accurate history of the medieval era, you will have to make many choices that will impact how the NPCs perceive your character. One of the first choices you will have to make is whether to throw manure or not. However, to progress further in the game, you must decide and deal with the consequences of your choice. Fortunately, you can find out what happens because of your choice, allowing you to make the best decision based on your preferences.

Several things will happen if you and your friends decide to throw manure at Deutsch's house in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Firstly, you will need to distract Deutsch's wife by telling her about how he is drunk and running his mouth to make her leave their house. Secondly, your reputation will suffer as other NPCs watch you perform the deed. After throwing the manure, Deutsch will confront you and start fighting you. You might be injured when fighting, but you can also improve your Agility and Unarmed Fighting skills. Once everyone is defeated, another NPC will warn you that the catchpole is coming to the scene, and you must escape the area quickly.

After you finish your father's errands, he will inform you that Deutsch and the catchpoles had a conversation with him at your home. He will then lecture you on how Deutsch is a valuable customer and that publicly punishing his son would be detrimental to his business. Once you apologize to your father, he will end the conversation, and the game will resume as usual.

What Happens If You Don't Throw Manure in Kingdom: Come Deliverance?

If you choose not to throw manure at Deutsch's house in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, your friends will be disappointed, and you will lose some reputation with them. However, you will avoid being lectured by your father, and your reputation with the town NPCs will not change. You can then buy ale at the tavern as your father requested and help him craft the sword he was paid to make. When you eventually return to your father, he does not mention your choice.
