For this reason, there is little incentive to skip portions of the main story and ignore side content solely to arrive quickly, even though a few horses from the local stables can be worthwhile. Nebakov does feature some useful merchants, such as the Fisherman, but beyond those minor details, it lacks anything especially memorable. Possibly, the strong quest connected to Nebakov exists to compensate for the limited range of other content.
