Anamnesis is one of the first quests inside Sedletz Monastery during the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Henry is tasked with finding out more about the three victims currently under the care of royal physician Albich of Uniczow. During his investigation, he will be led to the monastery cellar, either as a clue relating to the translator Jaroslav or the maid Blazhena and her overseer, Steward Zdenyek.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 - How To Romance Doubravka
During the Wedding Crashers quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Henry has a chance to romance Doubravka.
There are two instances where players might struggle to find what they are looking for, with the initial search of the cellar potentially being difficult, as well as Henry's hunt for the cellar door key during Anamnesis.
Search The Cellar - Anamnesis - Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Regardless of which witnesses players speak to first in the Anamnesis quest, they will be led down to the cellars and given a large area to search for anything suspicious.
The easiest thing to do is head down the southernmost stairs to the cellar.
At the bottom of the first set, turn immediately right, and there will be some spilled wine on the floor to inspect. Climb over a wooden pole and you'll come to a locked door.
This door cannot be lockpicked, nor can Henry knock it down. He must find the key.
Where To Find The Cellar Door Key - Anamnesis - Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Upon finding the wine and a locked door, Henry will now be tasked with finding the cellar door key, and to save players the time and effort, it is not found in the cellar itself.
Talk To Steward Zdenyek & Valerie
By talking to Zdenyek, who is marked on the map after asking one of the many maids or workers about Blazhena, he will then instruct Henry to talk to Blazhena's friend, Valerie.
She will reveal that Zdenyek stole something belonging to Blazhena and that he took it into a nearby cellar, where only he has access.
Search Zdenyek's Cellar
First, players can make use of the quest marker for 'Search Blazhena's room', as this will reveal that Blazhena is hoarding plenty of Groschen, and the Pantry Key by her bed can come in useful.
They can then search the cellar near where Zdenyek is standing. This is a smaller cellar, not to be confused with the one beneath the monastery. In each room, there will be clues to investigate.
One door is opened with the Pantry Key, but others must be lockpicked, or Henry could pickpocket the relevant key from Zdenyek. In the final room on the right, Henry will discover that Zdenyek is watering down the monastery wine.

Confront Zdenyek & Get The Key From Him
After finding this evidence, Henry can confront Zdenyek, who will tell him all. The item he took from Blazhena is the key to the monastery cellar, which Henry is looking for.
Having a high Speech skill will help with conversations like these.
Follow Zdenyek when prompted through the hop field, and he will eventually hand over Blazhena's Key. There will now be a marker to 'Search the hidden room in the cellar', allowing players to discover further truths.
