Jurassic World Rebirth is set to be one of the scariest and darkest entries to date, with mutated dinosaurs being a threat this time. That's where Owen's skills would prove to be useful, even if it's only for one moment when it matters the most.

The fact is that the dinosaurs and this world generally have moved on so significantly from Jurassic Park that having Owen around would be the only cameo that would make sense if it was going to be out in the jungle actively with the dinosaurs.
