Unfortunately, during the events of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, he was sealed away by Kenjaku. With him gone, a new sorcerer has risen to be known as the strongest, and that's none other than Gojo's own protégé, Yuta Okkotsu. Yuta Okkotsu is quite strong, as seen in Jujutsu Kaisen 0, but his full potential has yet to be showcased in the anime. After many years, Yuta Okkotsu is making a comeback following his absence in JJK Season 3, and he's going to be quite an impressive force to have around.

Gojo Satoru has, since the beginning of JJK, been one of the most popular characters of the series, and it's quite obvious as to why that's the case. Gojo is a charming character, but on top of that, he's also the strongest. What makes Gojo the very strongest is his two insane abilities.
Gojo is the first in 400 years to be born with the two special powers of the Gojo Clan:
- Limitless
- The Six Eyes
The Limitless technique allows Gojo to control Infinity, and that makes him overpowered. However, Limitless is useless without the Gojo clan's special trait, and fans know that to be the Six Eyes. Thankfully, Gojo was also born with it and it's this combo that makes him truly special. The Six Eyes allow Gojo to see almost everything around him at the most basic level, including cursed energy.
These powers aside, Gojo also has superior cursed energy reserves. While not the highest in the series, his Six Eyes allow him to use them very efficiently, and conserve them greatly.
Gojo has shown his strength multiple times. He has previously easily one-shotted Special Grade curses in JJK. He is by far the strongest sorcerer alive, and almost nobody can stand up against him. Sadly, Gojo was sealed away in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 during the Shibuya Incident. Kenjaku sealed him away using the Prism Realm after using the benefit of surprise following the reveal of Suguru’s body takeover.
Kenjaku knew that, at the moment, nobody could truly defeat Gojo, so he resorted to using dirty tactics against him. But now, with Gojo out of commission, someone else has to rise as the strongest.

Yuta Okkotsu had his own highlight in the movie JJK0, but since then, he has been absent from the story. However, as fans have already seen in the trailer, he's returning in Season 3, and it is easy to see that he's among the best sorcerers present right now, and quite easily the strongest.

Yuta has, just behind Sukuna, the biggest cursed energy reserves ever seen, even greater than Gojo’s. A lot of that is, of course, thanks to Rika, the Queen of Curses that Yuta has in his control.
Beyond that, Yuta also possesses one of the most overpowered abilities seen in Jujutsu Kaisen. Yuta's cursed technique is known as "Copy,” and as the name implies, it allows him to copy other people's abilities after he or Rika consumes a part of their body.
This kind of ability can’t be underestimated. Yuta's return in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 will give fans the chance to see just how much he has grown through his training with Miguel.
Aside From Yuta, Yuki Is Another Overpowered Sorcerer

With the episode count and the speed at which events will be unfolding, fans expect Gojo to be unsealed around the final episode of the season.
Gojo’s return has officially set up the next biggest battle in the whole of Jujutsu Kaisen, and that is the clash of the strongest sorcerer of today versus the strongest sorcerer of all time: Gojo vs Sukuna. This is truly a battle for the ages that's bound to break the internet once it releases.

While fans still don't know how this battle will be adapted, many believe that following the major success of Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle, Gojo vs. Sukuna will be adapted into a movie. Either way, fans just can't wait to see this battle animated.
