The Culling Game of JJK has recently kicked off in the anime, and it is quite easily one of the most hyped up arcs of the entire series. Jujutsu Kaisen's Culling Game sees the introduction of quite a few exciting sorcerers, and the return of many powerful established figures. Never has the JJK series seen such a high concentration of overpowered fighters. While some of them are official Special Grades, others are not even officially graded, but hold equal amounts of power. The potential these sorcerers have demonstrated would definitely place them on a Special Grade level.
8 Yuta Okkotsu

With Gojo Satoru's absence in the Culling Game of Jujutsu Kaisen, the strongest sorcerer around is none other than his protege, Yuta Okkotsu. Yuta Okkotsu made his appearance during the prequel series JJK 0, and even back then, it was quickly revealed that Yuta was classified as a Special Grade Sorcerer. He is one of only four officially confirmed Special Grades in the series.
Yuta achieved this Special Grade ranking through his cursed technique Copy, as well as Rika, the Queen of Curses, who is always by his side. Of course, what also makes Yuta so powerful is his immense Cursed Energy Reserves, which are even greater than Gojo's and only second to Sukuna’s. Yuta is about to play an amazing role as one of the greatest players of the Culling Game.
7 Yuki Tsukumo

Aside from Yuta and Gojo, and previously Geto, Yuki Tsukumo is one of the only four officially confirmed Special Grade Sorcerers in Jujutsu Kaisen. In the Culling Game, Yuki is going to showcase why she is one of the few to be classified as such an anomaly in the Jujutsu Kaisen world.
Yuki possesses an incredibly overpowered technique, known as Star Rage. This technique essentially allows her to add virtual mass to her attacks. In this arc, she is going to clash with Kenjaku, and it is sure to be an incredibly exciting battle. What makes Yuki so dangerous is her ultimate technique, Black Hole, which has the potential to destroy the whole world.
6 Kenjaku

Kenjaku is one of the most dangerous villains of Jujutsu Kaisen, second only to Sukuna. He is a mastermind who has been manipulating the events of the story since before the beginning.
Kenjaku has been able to achieve his goals with his extraordinary power as he has the ability to transplant his brain into dead bodies. With his technique, he can acquire the body's cursed technique as well as memories, and that's what he achieved with Geto Suguru and his Cursed Spirit Manipulation. Kenjaku does not have an official sorcerer grade, but of course, he went toe-to-toe with Yuki and even defeated her. Kenjaku is most definitely a sorcerer on the level of a Special Grade.
5 Ryomen Sukuna

Alongside Gojo Satoru, Ryomen Sukuna is the strongest of the Jujutsu Kaisen world. In the Culling Game, Sukuna is still bound to Yuji, but he'll be looking to make big moves and potentially take over Megumi.

Undoubtedly, Sukuna is on the level of a Special Grade. He isn’t known as the King of Curses for no reason. Sukuna's technique, Shrine, has yet to be fully showcased in the anime, but it's one of the most destructive techniques in the series. Beyond his technique, Sukuna possesses the most perfect body for Jujutsu Sorcery, with two mouths and four hands in his original form.
4 Yoruzu

Yorozu is a character that's yet to make an appearance in the JJK anime, but among the ancient reincarnated sorcerers, she is probably the strongest one around. Yorozu has the Cursed technique called Construction. This technique is the very same one that Maki's sister Mai had. However, Yorozu uses this technique to its full potential, as seen with her Perfect Sphere.
Yorozu would definitely be a character that falls under the Special Grade rank. After all, she manages to almost one-shot Mahoraga, something that failed only due to Sukuna's intervention. Yorozu would have become one of the few characters to be able to easily take down the Divine General.
3 Hajime Kashimo

Kashimo is another of the reincarnated ancient sorcerers and definitely one of the strongest around. He has lived his previous life without even using his Cursed Technique once. While avoiding using his Cursed Technique, he almost beat Hakari, one of the strongest students at Jujutsu High.
"Turn Up The Volume!!! Because This Is A Funeral For The Living!!!" — Hajime Kashimo
Kashimo would only unleash his Cursed Technique, Mythical Beast Amber, which allows him to produce all phenomena that stem from electricity, against Sukuna, and it's one of the most overpowered techniques around. Kashimo, with his Mythical Beast Amber technique, would definitely end up as a Special Grade as well.
2 Kinji Hakari
- Cursed Technique: Private Pure Love Train

Hakari is one of the most talented students to have come out of Jujutsu High, and that is in large part due to his Cursed Technique. Hakari's Cursed technique is Private Pure Love Train, which he primarily uses through his Domain Expansion, Idle Death Gamble. Simply put, it allows him to be unkillable for 4 minutes and 11 seconds whenever he hits a jackpot. This technique was shown against Kashimo and it allowed Hakari to beat him.
Hakari even goes on to fight Uraume, who is Sukuna's right-hand and undoubtedly a beast in his own right. While their battle was off-screen and eventually forgotten by Gege, it could be said that the two of them were evenly matched.
1 Maki Zenin

- Official Sorcerer Rank: Grade 4
Maki was not always one of the strongest characters in JJK. However, that all changed at the beginning of the Culling Game, when she awakened to her full potential after fully realizing Heavenly Restriction. Now, Maki is essentially on the same level as Toji Fushiguro, whom many fans would agree could definitely be considered a Special Grade.
Maki's current official sorcerer rank is Grade 4, but undoubtedly she could be considered a Special Grade, especially as Sukuna himself thought she could be comparable to Mahoraga in battle. But what solidifies Maki as a Special Grade is the fact that she surpasses Toji and develops even further in the future.
