Jujutsu Kaisen is one of the most sensational series to release, garnering hundreds of thousands of fans worldwide. Created by Gege Akutami, Jujutsu Kaisen is a battle shounen that features a world with a vast depth to its power system, incredibly well-written characters, and high-octane twists and turns in the story.
Naruto: Every Hokage, Ranked According To Strength
Being Hokage can be a huge burden, and not many are fit to hold the title. Every Hokage had something that made them unique. This is how they compare.
The third season of Jujutsu Kaisen has been announced to come out next year, and with a new season, the anime adapts the Culling Games arc of the manga and brings a host of new characters debuting in the show. There are dozens of new faces making appearances in the trailer, some of which fans can't wait to see in action. Here are some of the most anticipated characters in
Jujutsu Kaisen season 3.
8 Master Tengen
The Immortal Jujutsu Sorcerer
Master Tengen has had an enigmatic presence in Jujutsu Kaisen, being one of the main focuses in the animated film Jujutsu Kaisen Zero, and mentioned throughout the main series from time to time.
Jujutsu Kaisen: Why Season 3 Will Have The Biggest Fights Yet
How is Jujutsu Kaisen aiming to go bigger than the Shibuya Incident? Only a huge battle royale set across the country, of course.
However, in season three, The Culling Game Arc, Tengen will finally appear in the flesh and play a significant part in the fate of Japan entangled in a mysterious plot by Kenjaku. As the smoke clears, the mysterious sorcerer protecting all of Japan will emerge into the light, becoming a pivotal factor in the survival of the main cast or the dawn of a new era in history.
7 Hana Kurusu
The Angel Of Jujutsu Kaisen
Hana Kurusu will first appear in Jujutsu Kaisen season three and debut as one of the most powerful characters in the series, which also begins a complicated subplot attached to Megumi. Hana is a special case when it comes to the rules of the Culling Games; reaching a mutual existence with an ancient sorcerer who is inhabiting her body, known as Angel. While Hana and Angel's roles in the story are somewhat brief, they prove to be an ultimate weapon in the final battle and a part of one of the most shocking moments in the series when the curtains finally fall on Sukuna's master plan.
6 Hajime Kashimo
The Living Lightning Bolt
Hajime Kashimo is a reincarnated sorcerer brought into the present day by the rules of the Culling Games. Kashimo is a highly abrasive individual who violently and desperately seeks strong opponents on the battlefield, primarily the strongest sorcerer in history, Ryomen Sukuna. While Kashimo is initially an adversary to the heroes of the story, he eventually switches sides as long as it leads him to an opportunity to face Sukuna one-on-one. No doubt, Kashimo will be a part of some of the best fights in season three of Jujutsu Kaisen, with his first interaction with Panda and Hakari.
5 Hiromi Higuruma
Jude, Jury, And Executioner
Higuruma was a standout character in the Culling Games who left an impact on the series that rivaled even that of Satoru Gojo. Among the many individuals who received awakening cursed techniques, Higurumas stands out as one of the most powerful and dangerous for those who fall under his realm of order and justice. The first interaction between Higuruma and Itadori could have ended the series prematurely, but thanks to Itadori's innocent aura, Higuruma becomes a valuable ally against the King of Curses and piques the interest of the strongest sorcerer in history for the first time.
4 Fumihiko Takaba
The One Hit Wonder
Takaba manifests as one of the most eccentric characters in all of Jujutsu Kaisen, which is a bold statement considering the incredibly diverse cast of characters that have appeared up until this point in the series. However, Takaba appears out of nowhere and makes a cringeworthy splash with poor jokes and flat puns. Takaba is an underperforming stage comedian whose cursed technique was awakened by the Culling Games arc, transforming him into the series' strongest character who could even beat Satoru Gojo. Even the likes of Kenjaku are stopped in their tracks thanks to his unstoppable power
3 Naoya Zenin
The Proudest Pillar Of The Zenin Clan
Naoya Zenin is a highly anticipated character that will appear in season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen, as the golden child of the clan and the head of the Hei. Naoya Zenin, the oldest son of the fallen Naobito Zenin, attempts to take the spot of heir to the entire clan during the shake-up of the Jujutsu World and the absence of Satoru Gojo.
8 Jujutsu Kaisen Characters Who End Up Being Surprisingly Weak
Despite how imposing they seemed, these Jujutsu Kaisen characters turned out to be surprisingly weak.
Naoya is a pompous and arrogant young man, rivaled only by his strength and greed. His debut brings one of the most anticipated moments Jujutsu Kaisen's story as he becomes the opposition to none other than Maki Zenin.
2 Yuta Okotsu
The Prodigal Son
Yuta Okotsu needs no introduction, having debuted in his own film, Jujutsu Kaisen Zero, where his origin and development were explored. However, since the release of the film, Yuta has been nowhere to be found.
Jujutsu Kaisen: Every Special Grade Curse, Ranked
Special Grade curses are exceptionally powerful, and they can make short work of the best sorcerers.
Now that Satoru Gojo has been sealed, Yuta materializes as a deuteragonist, with his true motivations being hidden until the time is right. Yuta's role in the Culling Games and the final arc in Jujutsu Kaisen is something fans have been on the edge of their seats for ever since the Jujutsu Kaisen manga ended.
1 Hakari
The Gambling Addict
Hakari is the million-dollar man in the Culling Games arc of Jujutsu Kaisen and a fan favorite among the majority of manga readers who can't wait for his flashy and high-octane nature to grace season 3. As a Jujutsu High dropout, Hakari possesses a vast amount of aura, thanks to his status as a former student of Satoru Gojo, who taught him a cursed technique that makes him nearly unbeatable. Hakari takes the spot as the backbone of the heroes, who use his strength to become the foundation that the rest of his allies stand on, while being one step away from ditching them the second he gets bored. Hikari's debut will be one of the most-watched moments in Jujutsu Kaisen, hands down. Hopefully, Hikari will have more time to shine in season three of Jujutsu Kaisen and maybe the spin-off series as well.
