This article contains spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo.
Jujutsu Kaisen ended in 2024, but Gege immediately made a comeback with a new manga, Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, officially returning to the beloved sorcerer series. Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, the new sequel, is set 68 years into the future. In this timeline, new sorcerers have risen, some human, like Yuka and Tsurugi, and many of them being aliens, like Dabura, or even Maru. Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo will introduce many more new generation sorcerers, but right now, a select few stand out as the strongest in this new sequel manga.
5 Sorcerers With Gojo-Level Potential In Jujutsu Kaisen
Gojo is the strongest, but these characters have, at the very least, the potential to match him someday in JJK.
Jabaloma
A Rumelian From Maru’s Flashback
Maru and Cross’s flashback has commenced in the JJK manga, and it is easy to say that it has been an enjoyable ride for fans. In this flashback, a few new characters have been introduced, including Jabaloma.
Jabaloma is a Rumelian, and while he hasn’t showcased any strength feat so far, he’s a respected Elder member of the tribe, and must have a strong cursed technique.
Yuka Okkotsu
Yuta’s Successor
Yuka Okkotsu is a part of the new trio of JJK Modulo. She is the granddaughter of Yuta and Maki, but takes more after her grandfather. Just like Yuta, Yuka was blessed with immense reserves of cursed energy.
At the moment in JJK, she is far from her peak, but she has a lot of room to grow, especially once Rika’s ring is returned to her. By the end of Modulo, she might be one of the strongest sorcerers there is.
Tsurugi Okkotsu
Maki’s Successor
Tsurugi is Yuka’s older brother, and as the latter takes more after Yuta, he takes after his grandmother, Maki Zenin. Tsurugi, just like Maki, was born with very little cursed energy. While that comes with its disadvantages, it also blesses him with immense physical strength with Heavenly Restriction.
7 Biggest Survivors Of Jujutsu Kaisen’s Brutal Shinjuku Showdown Arc
The Shinjuku Showdown arc in JJK was brutal and almost took out many fan-favorite characters.
Tsurugi and Yuka are very close in power, stated to be equal. But, he has a slightly better showing than her for now. By the end of the story, Tsurugi might fully lose all his cursed energy and gain powers similar to Maki and Toji.
Cross
Maru’s Twin Brother
Cross is the twin brother of Maru. A lot remains unknown about Cross, but fans have been learning more about him through the ongoing flashback. Cross’s strength has yet to be fully showcased, but he should be relative to his brother Maru in power. He probably has an equally broken cursed technique that Gege is keeping hidden for later.
Maru
A Rumelian With a Broken Cursed Technique
Maru has joined Yuka and Tsurugi to make up the new main trio of JJK Modulo. He is an alien — a Rumelian from Simuria, to be exact. With only a handful of JJK Modulo chapters being out right now, fans have only gotten to see a bit of him in action.
Maru possesses a powerful cursed technique that allows him to control the laws of order, such as gravity or even the states of matter, like solid, liquid, and gas. So far, he is definitely the strongest of the trio. He's stated to be easily on Grade 1 levels, and his real power probably already makes him a Special Grade.
Dura
A Powerful Rumelian
Gege already has fans invested with the Rumelian flashback that recently took place in the manga, and the most interesting new character introduced in it is definitely Dura, one of the Rumelians.
Dura was the man who raised Maru and Cross, but he met a tragic end after being forced into a duel against Dabura. Dura was definitely powerful, just not strong enough to take on Dabura.
Dabura
The King of the Simurians
Undoubtedly, the strongest sorcerer of this new JJK generation is none other than Dabura, the alien king. Dabura has proven his strength by easily defeating Dura. It is said that Dabura is easily a Sukuna-level threat. This alone would put him on the level of JJK’s top 2, Gojo Satoru and Ryomen Sukuna. He might even be stronger, and it remains to be seen what his true limits are.
