Given how the previous chapter of the series ended, it is clear that the focus will be on Yuji Itadori, Maru, and Mahito in this week's chapter.
It is also expected of JJK Modulo Chapter 22 to delve deeper into the fight between Mahoraga and Dabura, because in order for any conclusion to be delivered in regards to the Cursed Spirits plotline of the story, all fights must first wrap up. Yuji And Maru Will Use Mahito’s Power In Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 22
In the previous chapter of the story, Maru revealed his final decision after the battle with Tsurugi concluded. In order for humans and Simurians to exist peacefully together, Maru decided to eliminate cursed spirits altogether. In that case, humans would not have to kill cursed spirits anymore, which would mean there would be no reason for conflict between them and the Simurians.
In order to do that, Maru certainly needs some help, and that is where Yuji Itadori comes in. Maru's cursed technique, "Chaos and Harmony," chose Yuji Itadori specifically for this task, and that is where things will pick up from in Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 22. In the upcoming chapter, fans will most definitely get to see Maru and Yuji unite and begin the process of eliminating cursed spirits altogether, as was stated quite clearly in the previous chapter. This job requires three things:
- Yuta's cursed energy, which he has stored for decades in his ring

So far, Maru has made it quite clear that he plans to end cursed spirits forever; however, he has not yet stated what he intends to do. Based on his actions and the prerequisites he mentioned, it can be assessed that Maru wants to make use of Mahito's Idle Transfiguration in a way similar to what Kenjaku was doing towards the end of the original Jujutsu Kaisen series. Maru wants to use Idle Transfiguration and alter all people in Japan who possess cursed energy. It is because they cannot control their cursed energy that it leaks and Cursed Spirits are born. However, if they were all sorcerers, then they could control their cursed energy, and as such no cursed spirits would ever need to be birthed in the world.

With the power of Idle Transfiguration and the immense amounts of cursed energy that Yuta stored in the ring, it might be possible to grant cursed techniques to everyone and make it so that no cursed spirits are born in the world. It is also possible that with Idle Transfiguration, all the cursed spirits in the world are turned into Kalyans, which would mean they would pose no threat to anyone outside of Tokyo, and even humans might learn to co-exist with the Kalyans. Quite clearly, JJK Modulo Chapter 22 is going to be absolutely massive, since it will officially wrap up one of the biggest plot points established by Gege Akutami in the original story.
Maru Will Turn Everyone Into A Sorcerer In JJK Modulo Chapter 22
Yuji and Maru's Grand Plan Will Kickstart
As things stand, JJK Modulo chapter 22 could see the entirety of Japan becoming sorcerers and end the existence of Cursed Spirits forever. This plan might still seem far-fetched based on everything that Gege Akutami has revealed so far, but given how Maru's cursed technique operates and the way in which Idle Transfiguration can grant abilities to others, it is quite clearly possible. The only thing one would require for such a daunting task is immense amounts of cursed energy, and Maru already has access to that thanks to Yuta's ring. With all these things having aligned in the story, it is entirely possible for everyone to be turned into a sorcerer and for cursed spirits to completely cease existing.
On the flip side, it is also possible that cursed energy is completely removed from everyone and stored inside Yuta's ring. However, this is highly unlikely to happen because it would create an imbalance between the Simurians and the humans. If the Simurians were to hold on to their powers and the humans lose their sorcerers, then a power imbalance is born and no one would truly be happy. As such, it is highly likely that instead of breaking free from cursed energy, everyone is given the power to control it to prevent the birth of cursed spirits.
Dabura Finally Destroys Mahoraga Inside His Domain Expansion
Dabura's Domain Expansion Power Is Revealed
Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 22 is also going to throw some light on Dabura's battle with Mahoraga. In the previous chapter, the shocking fact that Mahoraga might actually be adapting to Dabura's very existence was revealed. So far, this adaptation isn't complete, which means Dabura can still win this fight if he moves quickly. He has already managed to create a domain expansion, and inside his domain, he is most certainly going to end the fight for good.
As such, Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo Chapter 22 will most certainly see Dabura finish the fight against Mahoraga. His strongest attack, which would be the equivalent of Gojo's Hollow Purple, should be shown in the upcoming chapter, and with that Mahoraga's incredible run against the strongest Simurian would come to an end.
With that, focus will once again be on Yuka Okkotsu, who is currently in a state of suspended death inside Mahoraga's shadow. With Mahoraga's defeat, Yuka Okkotsu will either be spit out or will have to be rescued in one way or another, and JJK Modulo Chapter 22 will surely throw some light on that as well.
