It is, quite easily, one of the most overpowered techniques to exist in JJK, if not the most overpowered. Fans have seen quite a few Limitless users in the series, although some of them might not be as apparent as the others.
4 Distant Ancestor of Gojo
Some of Gojo's Ancestors Would Have Had Limitless
One of Gojo's ancestors is canonically confirmed to have had access to both the Limitless and the Six Eyes, just like Gojo himself. It must be remembered that not every member of the Gojo Clan has access to these powers, and even fewer have access to both at the same time.
Gojo mentioned this individual during a conversation with Megumi, where he stated that long ago, one of the heads of the Gojo clan had access to both the Limitless and the Six Eyes, and he fought against the head of the Zenin clan, who had access to the 10 Shadows Technique. Both of them were incredibly powerful and their battle resulted in a tie, where they ended up killing each other. Unfortunately, the name of this individual is not known and it is highly likely that fans will never find out who this person truly was. However, the fact that he had the Six Eyes meant that he could use the Limitless technique to the absolute maximum. Whether he was as skilled as Gojo himself or not remains to be seen.

Limitless is a Cursed Technique Passed Through The Gojo Clan
There are many members of the Gojo clan who have had access to the Limitless cursed technique. Gojo is clearly not the first individual to have access to the Limitless. Over the last few centuries, there have been many individuals who have received access to the Limitless, however, very few have had access to both Limitless and the Six Eyes at the same time.
One individual with both the Limitless and the Six Eyes died in battle against the leader of the Zenin Clan at the time. The last member of the Gojo clan who had access to both the Limitless and the Six Eyes before Satoru himself was about 400 years ago. The name of this individual is unknown. However, after him, it is highly likely that many individuals were born with the Limitless cursed technique that the fans do not know about just yet.

In fact, Gojo was so special that the world's balance shifted right from the moment he was born. Growing up, Gojo became the strongest, and even held his own against the King of Curses, Sukuna. Gojo was equal to him in just about every aspect of battle, and fans know him to be an icon, not just in the story, but in anime and manga in general.
1 Yuta Okkotsu
Was Able to use Limitless by Taking Over Gojo's Body
Yuta Okkotsu is Gojo's very own protege, and is known to have been a user of the Limitless cursed technique as well. However, Yuta was only able to use it for a limited time. After being cut down by the World Splitting Dismantle from Sukuna in the Shinjuku Showdown arc, Yuta was transferred immediately to Shoko, who managed to heal him as well as she could.
While his body was being healed, Yuta utilized Kenjaku's cursed technique, which he had copied right about the time when he killed him, and swapped bodies with Gojo. He then used the maximum output of his reverse cursed technique to heal Gojo's body and headed to the battlefield. On the battlefield, Yuta fought against Sukuna and showcased that he could even open Unlimited Void, Gojo's domain expansion. He was a decent user of the Limitless cursed technique, and thanks to the Six Eyes, he managed to use techniques such as Hollow Purple.
However, his efficiency with this cursed technique was awful because he was not used to Gojo's body at all. His plan, although daring, failed. Eventually, he lost access to the Limitless, but, for a short period of time, Yuta certainly showed that he could utilize this power.
