Kenjaku is quite a dangerous character in the world of JJK, as is expected of an overarching antagonist of the entire series. Kenjaku has played a major role in the story so far and he has achieved strength that is considered to be quite admirable.
While he is very powerful, he is not the strongest in the series. There are many characters in Jujutsu Kaisen who possess enough strength to defeat Kenjaku in battle. These characters hold tremendous strength up their sleeve and, as a result, they are incredibly difficult to take down in combat.
5 Yuta Okkotsu
A Special Grade Sorcerer
Yuta is one of the most powerful individuals in JJK and the fact that he is a special grade sorcerer is proof of that. Gojo believes Yuta to hold enough potential in him to one day reach his level of strength and that just goes to show what he is capable of. Yuta possesses an incredible amount of cursed energy.
Furthermore, his cursed technique, Copy, is extremely dangerous. If that wasn't enough, he has access to Rika in combat as well and when taking everything into consideration, he is certainly among the strongest in the series and should thus be able to defeat Kenjaku. In the recent events of JJK, Yuta was the one who ended up defeating Kenjaku by beheading him before he could even notice what was going on. Among all those who can defeat him, Yuta is certainly among the front runners.
4 Rika
The Queen Of Curses
The Queen of Curses, Rika is a cursed spirit known to possess tremendous power. Her epithet of the queen is enough for one to get an idea of what she can do in and out of combat. Rika possesses such strength that even the likes of Geto could not take her on in combat. Ever since then, Rika has only grown and she possesses tremendous strength up her sleeve.

Kenjaku is a powerful ancient sorcerer with strong attack in JJK.
Even Sukuna was forced to fight her seriously in combat and for someone like Kenjaku, Rika is going to be a handful. She can function in combat alongside Yuta, however, she can also fight independently, as has been seen on many occasions in the story. Even without Yuta, Rika can take on Kenjaku and potentially even defeat him in combat, which makes her a very powerful individual. Despite Kenjaku's incredible intellect and bag of abilities, he cannot take down Rika.
3 Yuki Tsukumo
A Special Grade Sorcerer
Yuki is a special grade sorcerer with incredible power up her sleeve. Yuki has the ability to utilize Star Rage, which adds imaginary mass to her techniques. She also has Garuda, a special shikigami that she utilizes in combat quite often. Her control over reverse cursed technique is amazing as well, and she also possesses quite a large reserve of cursed energy. Clearly, Yuki is one of the strongest individuals in JJK.
When compared to Kenjaku, the two are more or less even. However, Yuki does possess enough strength in her to beat him. In fact, these two individuals have already fought in the series and Yuki was able to dominate the fight for the most part, however, the incredibly convenient writing of JJK saw to it that Kenjaku had exactly what he needed to counter her powers. Yuki can even create black holes and take down her enemies with her, which makes defeating her nearly impossible. Sadly, her handling in the fight against Kenjaku was not the best by the author. She should have been able to defeat him, but lost.
2 Ryomen Sukuna
The King Of Curses
The King of Curses, Sukuna is one character who can easily defeat Kenjaku. Sukuna is on a completely different plane when it comes to his level of strength. He possesses such power that only one individual can match him in combat and that is Gojo. Kenjaku, despite being strong, is not a match for Sukuna in any regard.
Everything, from the level at which Sukuna controls his cursed technique, to the output of his attacks is much greater than Kenjaku's. Sukuna even possesses the ability to heal rapidly and his domain expansion would be the death of Kenjaku if the two were to ever fight.
1 Gojo Satoru
The Strongest Modern Sorcerer
The Strongest Modern Sorcerer, Gojo is quite easily one of the most powerful individuals in JJK, matched only by Sukuna in combat. Gojo is absolutely incredible and the fact that he possesses both the Limitless and the Six Eyes is proof of the fact that he is in a league of his own.
Gojo can beat nearly anyone in the story and it shouldn't be a surprise for the fans to know that Kenjaku cannot compete against him in combat. In fact, Kenjaku himself admitted to being much weaker than Gojo, which is why he required the Prison Realm to get him out of the way in the first place.
