There are rumors that Locke is playing Billy Kaplan or Billy Maximoff in the new Marvel TV series Agatha All Along. This appears to be the case because subtitles for international versions of the show's trailer credited Locke as "Billy," according to a post on X. Billy is Wanda's son and has a twin brother, Tommy Maximoff, aka Speed. He was introduced in Disney Plus' WandaVision series when Wanda grieved over Vision's death and created a sitcom-like reality. Billy has magical powers like his mom. He has telekinetic and teleportation abilities and can warp the reality. Billy and Tommy can also age themselves, as shown in WandaVision. Billy later became Wiccan, a powerful sorcerer and a member of the Young Avengers.

Locke has previously spoken about his character in Agatha All Along. He insisted that he had no other name but "Teen." "I think, I said it before, and people [think] that it's just a codename, but that's actually what he is called by all the members of the coven. There is a mystery there to be solved, but that is actually his name pretty much for the whole show," Locke told The Rolling Stone UK. He addressed the secrets surrounding his character in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in September. However, he was as protective as the production and only supported them, saying it was necessary in the plot.

The secrets are secrets for a reason, and Teen's backstory is an interesting one. If I was able to talk about it now, it would ruin the whole point of the show, and that is what keeps me being able to keep a secret.
