Jackbox Games has announced Suspectives, a wacky murder mystery game that's launching in late 2025. Suspectives will arrive as part of The Jackbox Party Pack 11.

Formerly known as Jellyvision Games, Jackbox is best known as the developer of You Don't Know Jack, a long-running series of attention-grabbing trivia games. Since 2014, the company has been doing annual releases of The Jackbox Party Pack series. The 11th entry was officially announced in early April 2025, though few details were revealed at the time.

A month later, Jackbox finally shared some concrete info about the upcoming bundle by revealing its very first game. Called Suspectives, the upcoming title is described as a murder mystery game conducive to laughs and self-discovery. Its Cluedo-like premise is simple: players take turns being interrogated as part of a murder investigation and do their best not to break—especially if they happen to be the killer. While one player is in the hot seat, the others vote on how convincing their answers are. The goal is to identify the killer using only the humorous facts players reveal about themselves.

Game director Tim Sniffen confirmed that the goal of Suspectives is to fuel personal discovery and keen deduction alike. "On the surface, you’re trying to determine which player is the secret criminal, but at the same time, you’re learning about your friends or co-workers and discovering which boy band they think is the best," the official said in a prepared statement. Therefore, Suspectives conceptually fits well within Jackbox's party game portfolio.

Jackbox Party Pack 11 Launching in Fall 2025

Jackbox Party Pack 11 is still without a firm release date, though it's officially targeting a fall 2025 launch. In addition to Suspectives, the upcoming bundle will feature four more titles: one focused on joke-writing, another centered on drawing, a third driven by audio cues, and a competitive quiz to round out the lineup. While none are likely to push the boundaries as much as The Jackbox Naughty Pack did in 2024, they are expected to continue the developer's tradition of offering varied party games that are maximally accessible. Jackbox is expected to reveal more about its upcoming party game pack in a Reddit AMA that's happening on r/NintendoSwitch later today.

The Jackbox Party Pack 11 will be available on the latest two generations of PlayStation and Xbox consoles, as well as the Nintendo Switch and PC—via both Steam and the Epic Games Store. Mobile ports are also in the works, but only for Apple devices. On that note, The Jackbox Party Pack 11 has also been confirmed for macOS and two Amazon platforms: Fire TV and the Luna streaming service. All (non-rented) versions of the paty game bundle will retail for $29.99.
